drinking iron today too! You can ride this beautiful train for 500 yen in addition to the ticket! The sake is refreshing, even more so since it's cold. It has a strong umami (flavor), and although daiginjos are sometimes lacking in flavor, this one is very flavorful and delicious 😋.

Gifu Prefecture. Mino City. Kosaka Brewery Co. Hyakushun 24BY Junmai Ginjyo Miyamanishiki Unfiltered Nama-shu Direct Kumi I had not bought many Hyakushuns before. I had it cold. The color is clear with a slightly pale greenish tinge. The nose is gorgeous, mellow, and reminiscent of the sweetness of ripe fruit. The aroma is sweet like molasses. From the first impression, it has a juicy and full mouthfeel, with a slight gassy feeling. This is a yurt I like a lot 😋. Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic) Ingredient rice: 100% Mino Nishiki produced in Gifu Prefecture Polishing ratio: 60 Sake degree: ±0 Alcohol percentage: 15.degree

Purchased at Gero Onsen ♡♡ I was allowed to compare the drinks and this is the one I liked the best. It has a nice sparkling taste on the first day of drinking. I like it very much because of its low acidity. ❤️

Today's sake is a very unusual sake recommended by my usual liquor store in Ibaraki City. The label might make you think it is this year's new sake, but in fact, it was freshly squeezed last year, kept refrigerated for a year at the brewery, and bottled recently 😀 So the date of production is recent 😀. So the production date is recent 😀. The initial aroma is of a strong rice aroma 😀. The mouthfeel is full of mild rice flavor 😇. From there, it finishes with a slight sweetness and firm acidity 😇. The store owner said that it is often bought by people who like a strong taste, but even my family who likes sweetness and flavor could enjoy it 😇.
