MOONLIGHTING Junmai Ginjyo Unfiltered Nama-shu Direct Kumi Sake rice: Yamadanishiki produced in Toyama Rice polishing: 60 Alcohol: 16%. This is the first time I have had this sake! Gifu, a little rare to find in Kanto area! It is very fresh as it seems to be directly pumped and unpasteurized sake! The aroma at the top is slightly lactic 😊, the attack is strong, the taste has a clear fullness, a good sweetness, the taste is good but the alcohol is high and lingers a little on the tongue, the balance is very good! 👍 I wonder if it would go well with a slightly stronger flavored meal 🍽️ rather than a light one? It is also an excellent unfiltered raw entry, a good sake! 🍶
