Sake taught to me by the liquor store with a dry request.
It has sweetness and richness in the dry taste.
It is a very complex taste.
It's dry, so it's very crisp and tasty!
I've been enjoying dry sake lately, it's so refreshing!
Hiroshima sake recently started being sold at a local liquor store
Both Senbon-Nishiki and Hiroshima Ginjo Yeast are new to my ears!
Refreshing capsule aroma
Slightly effervescent, with a chili-like sensation on the tongue.
Good balance of gentle sweetness and sweetness
The flavor is enhanced after a week of aging.
It has a dry side when paired with roasted dried sweet potato.
Sake is versatile
It is strong and spicy, with a slight sourness and bitterness added. It feels light at first, but a firm heaviness and tangy spiciness comes at the end.
I prepared a little stew and oyster mignonette, and it seems to accept both.
Honshu 1 This is my first time.
Purchased at Tangen Shouten in front of Suma station.
It is far away from the station, but it is an easy place to go because it is in front of the station.
The brands handled are
Okuharima, Yukihikosan, Nadagiku, Tsururei, Kenshin, Toyoka, Kikumori, Itaru, Kurei, Yuho, Morishima, Iwanoi, Morinori, Kozutsuru, Kitajima, Honshu Ichi, Raifuku, Sensuke, Kozaemon, etc.
I saw a sake called Wakakoma from Toyama and thought it looked unusual, but decided against purchasing it because it was an active nigori and seemed dry.
It has a gorgeous top-fragrance aroma.
I expected it to be dry, but it was fruity and quite sweet. Despite the classic label, it tastes modern and delicious.
Good evening, bouken😄.
Honshu Ichi, I thought it was a classic sake too. Preconceptions are not good 😅.
I think it would be very popular if you made a liquor store version of Sake no Wawa and added a search function 😁.
Good evening, Aladdin 😃.
I assumed it was dry based on the label and sake level 😅.
It was somewhat light and fruity 😋.
Where can I buy this? I'd like to make a database of liquor stores 🤔.
Hello, bouken 😀
Like Aladdin, I too am looking forward to bouken's liquor store database 😀.
In addition, I would be more than happy if you could even give a brief review of the sake 😀.
