100% Senbon-Nishiki produced in Hiroshima Prefecture
The color is clear.
The aroma has a Calpis-like flavor.
The taste is sweet and umami of rice.
It also seems to have a bit of sourness to it.
When swallowed, it has a watery freshness and a clear throat.
Aromatic ginjo aroma can also be enjoyed 😊.
As expected from Hiroshima Prefecture 🍶.
High level in every way.
It exceeded my expectations and I wanted more 😆.
Sweet and sour as per the label.
Greffle-like bitterness and strong acidity.
The acidity continues with juiciness,
Fresh rice, a hint of sweetness, and richness.
Delicious!
Thin but fine and well-defined texture.
Fresh yet slightly silky.
Slightly tropical, with fresh green apple and pear.
There is a slight chemical nuance behind it, like paint.
Like light snow.
Sweetness with a sense of purity gently spreads in the mouth.
The acidity is quite moderate.
The taste is very modern, just like the label.
I like it, it's delicious.
Somewhat similar nuance to Sentori.
Ueno Uoso
The name of the sake was given with the hope of becoming the best sake brewer in Japan.
It is unfiltered, so the mouthfeel is a bit impactful, but the overall fruity feeling, the umami of the rice, and the acidity that comes later are well balanced, so it can be served as a mealtime sake, or on its own, it is delicious enough 🍶.
It is reasonably priced and a local sake that can be drunk casually and without restraint 😁.
I bought it because it was made with white malted rice.
As expected, the sake has a strong acidity like flax cat. It has just the right amount of sweetness and is very easy to drink.
It is delicious and the label is cute.
I forgot to raise it yesterday!
Flavors like young peaches, butterbur green.
Smells herbal and spicy.
Sweetness is subdued and crisp.
Strong freshness on the palate.
