This is also surprisingly delicious.
The use of white malted rice is very good, and the overall balance is good while taking advantage of the acidity.
Aroma: Fruity ginjo aroma
Soft sweetness and acidity in the mouth
The flavor is firm and a bit sluggish.
The alcohol taste makes you think it will end nicely, but it turns out to be a bit nutty at the end.
The nuttiness comes out at the end and the lingering aftertaste is enjoyable.
Nice design metallic!
It's a smooth oriented and as you said, the freshness lasts!
I'll buy it again because it's a modern style sake and I like it.
Hiroshima ogara-mi is delicious after all!
This was one of the sake bottles selected by the sake shop we visited for the first time after requesting a refreshing and unusual sake.
From the aroma, it has a sweet and sour taste, but since it was chilled to a crisp, the sweetness was subdued while it was chilled. The acidity is citric acid, which is unique to white yeast malt, but the acidity does not assert itself at the front, and the sweetness and bitterness are cut by the acidity, making the sake easy to drink.
When it gets close to room temperature, you can taste sweetness and bitterness, and it becomes very mellow, but I think I like it better when it is cooled down.
The acidity is perfect for drinking in summer, and you will not get tired of drinking it.
It won't last 2 days...
Is it white koji and cirocodile? I wonder if it is?
If you say white crocodile, I can only think of Hisashi Eguchi.
