I was grilling fish🐟 for dinner.
Dora-chan offered me a drink that would go well with fish 🤔.
and she brought out this one: ❣️
Ishizuchi Asahi Rice 55 ✨🥂✨.
I'll have it at room temperature.
Smells like alsobe
It's a nice aroma ✨🥂✨.
Aromatic sweetness spreads when you take a sip
Very light and surprising ❗️
After the sweetness, you can feel the bitterness.

In this season, grilled fish is the most popular, isn't it? ☝️
But I had sardines in the freezer,
So I had grilled sardines as a snack that day.
What a great ❗️
It went very well with it. ❤️
The soft sweetness and aroma spread
No bitterness at all!
It turned out to be a great combination 😍♪
When I think of Ishizuchi
I had an image of a sturdy

Yummmm!
Good evening, Tsubu 😃.
As it says on the bottle label, it is exactly what it says: "Sake brewed to be enjoyed while eating" ❣️
I can feel the delicious harmony with sardines 😋.
It looks like it would go well with autumn swordfish 🐟👍.
Good morning, shinsaku3!
That's exactly right. ❣️ I thought it would be heavy because the aroma is rather strong, but it's so light and fluffy on the palate 😋.
I'm sure it will be delicious with autumn fish 😋.
This sake is made with Princess Michiko flower yeast.
It has a gorgeous fruity aroma reminiscent of mango, apple, and banana, and the taste is harmonious with a soft flavor range.

A junmai-shu limited to the fall season with a gentle aroma and mellow rice flavor in harmony. Suitable as a mid-meal drink.
The fifth tasting at Yamanaka Sake Shop was Ishizuchi Shuzo's Ishizuchi Hiyoroshi Special Junmai.
First, the aroma. The aroma is not so strong.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a smooth mouthfeel.
Then the spiciness rushes in.
I felt it was quite spicy.
However, it was very easy to drink because it was smooth and thick from start to finish.
I thought it would be even more delicious with a meal.
Special Junmai Hiyahoroshi.
It has a nice, smooth taste. Aromatic. You can really taste the umami of the rice. The aftertaste is clean. Slightly bitter. Perfect as a food sake. It has a full-bodied taste. 👍️
