The drink is smooth and refreshing. I have never climbed Mt. Ishizuchi, but I am sure it expresses the sense of accomplishment and exhilaration of climbing Mt. It is a good sake!

I'm a dirt drinker but I don't eat eels lol.
I was told that it was made so that the oil from the eel would be washed away, and it certainly is refreshing!
The sharpness is also outstanding!
Still, you can feel the umami and it's delicious!
