Today we had a variety of Miyagi seafood on the table. The photo shows my first sea squirt sashimi from Ogatsu, red clams from Yuriage, sea bream, sea urchin, flying fish tataki, and fried sea squirt. I also drank some sake, heated because I had seen Mr. Ota's show during the day. The sake had a strong umami flavor when heated. In conclusion, today's sake was delicious.
