ねむちOSAKA SAKE & FOOD EXPO 20242121 The last of the Yomiuri Shimbun booth. Sake brewing is centered around the family of the brewery owner, and the toji system has been abolished. The brewery's aim is to create sake that is delicious from the third cup onward by making sake that can be enjoyed with food. The brewery uses super soft water from the Ishizuchi Mountains. Ishizuchi Junmai Daiginjo Sakurahime Ehime Sakurahime Type-Tropical, a flower yeast for sake produced from Ehime Prefecture's original flower variety, is used. It has a refreshing acidity and a slight tang. I think the sweetness was also refreshing, but I think it would have been better if it had been cooler. I think I'm at the limit of my drunkenness now.

boukenOSAKA SAKE & FOOD EXPO 2024⑰. Visit the Yomiuri Shimbun booth again This Ishizuchi also uses Sakurahime yeast. The rice is Shizuku Ehime with a milling ratio of 44 Flower yeast sake. Fruity and delicious. I've had a lot of good impressions of Ishizuchi so far.

かうぽんMr. Isego First time in Ehime. The day after the earthquake, I found it at a store and bought it. It has a slight banana aroma. It is a clear and dry sake with little sweetness. We enjoyed it with simmered sardines and grilled meat salad with sauce. It is a food sake. This is a sake that I would like to keep on hand.

スイスイスーサンYeah 🙂‍↕️, something apparently went wrong with the storage management.... I bought it at the supermarket, but when I looked at the date, it was 22.4 which was 2 years ago.... 😅😅😅😅 It's too good to waste, I'll use it as a cooking wine 🫡.

Slightly muscat aroma and soft mouthfeel. The taste is well-balanced and not too assertive.
