It is a dry, well-balanced sake with good umami, acidity, and sake-like flavor!
It is not flashy, but it is a good sake that does its job well! It was delicious! Thank you very much for the food!
The aroma is not so strong, but slightly gorgeous.
Refreshing and light in the mouth, typical of summer sake.
Refreshing sweetness, acidity, and light umami.
The bitterness is slight, but there is a tingling feeling of alcohol.
