It was my first time visiting Ehime sake at a liquor store.
Ishizuchi is one of the most popular sake breweries in Ehime.
This sake is brewed with Matsuyama Mitsui produced in Ehime Prefecture.
It has a mild aroma, slightly fruity.
I had an image of a rich, mellow sake, but the taste is unexpectedly refreshing, and I can sense the umami of the rice.
There is no gassiness, and there is no cloying taste.
It has a nice sharpness, and it disappears quickly after swallowing.
It made me want to explore more of Ehime ✨.

I got an image of how beautiful and clean it is without any cloying taste: ❣️
I haven't had much Ehime sake myself 🥰.
