I don't often drink nigori, but I gave it a try!
When I asked the brewer what it was like, he said it was dry, so I was hoping it would suit me better than I expected.
I drank it at 50 degrees and it was very crisp and dry.
The creaminess may be a bit light.
The rice-derived umami was straight and it went well with me too!
I'm a bit of a downer, but I drank 6 cups in a fairly deep sake cup, and my brain must have been finished, because the picture I tried to take for posting didn't even show the bottle, and I was striking out!
