Third drink at Waura Bar in Urawa 🍶🍶. Tsuki no I no Hiyadori. Mr. Ishikawa is from Shinkame and has an image of the rich and delicious sake brewed at Kosasaya Taketsuru in Hiroshima, and we are interested in his appointment as the toji at Tsuki no I in Oarai, Ibaraki from winter 2020. We feel the potential for a clean, yet high-quality sake. I have never been to Oarai, but I have heard about it from my wife. This season, I would like to try ankou-nabe, if possible.

Hi, Mr. Hiraccio 😃. Oarai is about an hour and a half drive 🚙 from Utsunomiya, so I used to go there every once in a while 😄. And I'd like to have a bowl of ankou nabe (anglerfish stew) 🍲🤩I can just imagine how much more alcohol I'd drink 😆.

Hi Hiraccio, 😃The current Tsuki no I goes better with ankou nabe. ☺️ I liked the old one with a bit of sweetness, but the current manly dry one is also good 😆.

Good evening Jay & Nobby😊. I see that you have been visiting Oarai from time to time. I have been to Nakaminato, but Oarai is the last place I have heard about from my wife. It is definitely a place I would like to visit and I would love to drink a Tsuki no I there!

My wife taught me about anko-nabe in Ibaraki, and the first time I had it in Mito, I was surprised by its shockingly good taste. I was surprised at how delicious it was. I think it may be the best nabe to go with Japanese sake or heated sake.

Good evening, Mr. Manachy😊. I see that the quality of the sake has changed with the appointment of Mr. Ishikawa. It's manly and dry. 👍 I think this may be a consistent feature of the sake brewed by Touji Ishikawa.

The second drink at Waura Bar in Urawa 🍶🍶. Hiyoroshi of Jujiasahi . Definitely the best and most enjoyable heated sake, 😊.

Good morning 😁 I bought this at a brewery 💦 that you don't see much of in Kanto. Oh, the one I bought doesn't have small gingko nuts on it. Is something different?

Good morning, sis😊. I see you have traveled to Izumo by express train. The ginkgo label design is very autumnal.

We had a drinking party at work for the first time in a long time and had a good time drinking, but the brand of all-you-can-drink sake was unknown. Another round of drinks at Waura Bar in Urawa 🍶. Waura Bar is a very favorite izakaya (Japanese style bar), and I sometimes repeat to go back to the first bar, but it's been a long time since I've been to the first bar. The quality sake snacks and the selection of heated sake is excellent. Miyanoi" is a local brand from Okuharima. It seems to be a dry blend, but it has a great flavor and sharpness. As one would expect from a brewery in Okuharima.

Hi Hiraccio. I was really wondering if I should buy Miyanoi for lazy home drinking, is it not that spicy for a dry sake? It still looks delicious😊.

Hi Hirupeco, good evening😊. It is definitely on the dry side, but I think it is a good sake for everyday drinking if you have it at home. It goes well with Japanese food, and since the brewery is located in Okuharima, it seems to be able to withstand storage at room temperature.

Thank you, Hiraccio 😊Okuharima is a nice sake, still very attractive! I might buy some 🤔

Hirupeko-san, I am a fan of Okuharima and have never been disappointed with Okuharima sake. I think it's good to buy a good quality sake for daily drinking at home, including the range to enjoy heated sake.

Hiraccio-san, Okuharima is an ironic sake, isn't it? I remember drinking a bottle of Miyama Sengetsu before and it was deeply delicious. I'm looking forward to the change of brewer this season.

Hirupeko, Okuharima is a smoldering silver 👍. I didn't know that the toji changes.
