Fairly sweet Moderate acidity I prefer the muddy version of the same brand that I drank last time. I prefer the same brand of muddy sake.

The next generation 657 in the Akitsuho 657 pilot trial. It does not lose its unique fruity character, but is considerably lighter and has less of a lingering finish. But Akitsuho is still delicious. ★★★★☆ Comparison of Akitsuho, including S Kaze no Mori. My personal preference is S Kaze no Mori First Edition > Kaze no Mori Akitsuho 657 > Akitsuho 657Next But they are all delicious!

Taste Comparison Because they are Akitsuho? They are very similar. S-Kaze no Mori has a slightly more cypress-like aroma. Both are delicious! So far, I prefer the regular Kaze no Mori.
