Tengumai.
This sake was a gift, but it is probably a summer sake.
It has a cool aftertaste, but it tastes like Tengu Mai.
Recently, Tengu Mai has been a bit neglected because of its ease of drinking, but this is a good sake.
The golden color of the sake is good to drink.
Ah, Tengumai.
Full-bodied dry
Slight aroma, smooth attack. Full-bodied dry taste. It goes in smoothly and has a light aftertaste.
Accompanied by Kanpachi sashimi. It will go well with the wine 🤣.
Yamahai Junmai-shu
Rice polishing: 60
Alcohol: 16%.
It has a calm and robust flavor that is typical of Yamahai.
It has a strong rice aroma at the top, a thick richness, and a heavy aftertaste despite its 16% alcohol content, making it very drinkable.
We had it warmed up. The acidity on the palate has mellowed, and the overall effect is a softer sake. The lingering bitterness is also well maintained, giving the sake a more relaxed feeling. It is a sake to be enjoyed slowly at night when the temperature is a little cooler.
