This sake has been aged for half a year in the brewery.
It was a bit stale on the palate, but settled down the next day.
It was a bit stale on the first sip, but settled down the next day.
The appearance is clear, with no viscosity. There is almost no ginjo aroma, and the attack after putting it in the mouth is strong, as is typical of dry wines. There is a hint of umami in the nose, and because it is a super dry sake, there is a slight alcohol taste in the aftertaste.
Ideal for sashimi and other food.
It is also a good sake to try heating it up.
The aroma is not so strong, but when you put it in your mouth, you can smell a hint of melon.
It does not get stuck in the mouth, and you can enjoy it without hesitation.

From Wakayama to Kyoto 🚅 after finishing work in Osaka.
The host's hometown, Kaga, is the place for tonight's banquet 😆.
The strong flavor that is typical of Yamahai makes the party exciting 🙂🙂.
The strong flavor of Yamahai makes the banquet more exciting 🥳.
It is dry as the label says with a clean taste, but it has a thicker flavor than Kame no Umi.
Light on the back palate
A little too many similar tasting sake on this day!
