Tengu Mai's super-harsh sake at a sake party at my home.
Sake that is light and refreshing, but has a great rice flavor.
My wife and her friend drank most of it, so I could only drink a little.

I had it with an open mouthful.
The moment I put it in my mouth, natto! A yeasty aroma like
Mild on the palate.
There is a slight sweetness and no aftertaste
Served with squid sashimi, cod roe tempura, and corn tempura
When I drank it with seafood, I thought I might not like the natto-like aroma, but when I drank it with corn tempura, I didn't mind the aroma at all.
The sweetness of the corn is quite crisp, and there is a slight bitterness that does not linger.
In any case, it's not my favorite flavor.
