At a farewell party held at the end of last year, we drank Haneya's Tsukishita-bi and Tomibigiku junmai sake (and many other local Toyama sake). (Fumigiku is a brand sold mainly locally by the Fumigiku Brewery in Haneya).
(Fumigiku is a brand sold mainly locally by the Fumigiku Sake Brewery in Haneya.) Indeed, as a food sake to be enjoyed with oden and grilled fish, this junmai sake is excellent and never gets old, so it is no wonder that it is a local sake.
So, I bought it to enjoy Fumikiku again (with Kannon squid sashimi on kelp). Polishing ratio 60%, alcohol content 15%.
