FUMIKIKIKU Junmai Ginjo Nama Shuzake
A 3㌥ draft sake purchased at KITTE Osaka.
I often see Haneya in the Kansai region, but the locally distributed Fumikiku brand is rare.
It was left in a cardboard box on the balcony, so the taste may have changed a little...
I'll have it cold.
There was no gas sound when I opened the bottle, but when I poured it into a glass, there were quite fine bubbles on the sides and bottom.
The color is clear and firm pale yellow.
The top aroma is mild and refreshing, with a green apple-like aroma.
There is no sense of fizz, and it flows smoothly on the tongue with a gentle touch. No, there is a slight effervescence...
The taste is juicy, slightly ripe fruit. It has a nice mix of acidity and umami with a hint of sweetness. There is a slight muscateliness.
After swallowing, the umami flavor swells up on the tongue and permeates the tongue, yet the aftertaste is light and not pungent.
It seems to be made from Yamada-Nishiki, according to the Internet.
