Light, unfiltered, unpasteurized sake
The low alcohol content keeps you from getting tired of drinking it, and it tastes great!
It deteriorates quickly after drinking, but that can't be helped because it's a draft sake.
I can't really judge dry or sweet, but it's so clear that I think it's dry in the Wind Forest.
I imagine that 80% polished rice is more expensive, but after drinking it, I'm convinced!
I feel that a clean and clear feeling has been added to what I consider to be the Ni-Hare style.
I usually buy Omachi, but I didn't know that Manzai is a sake rice produced in Okazaki.
Information also makes sake delicious.
