Today it is Shojo.
Shojo is also a Yoshino sake, and of course I had to bring it home and get a cup of it.
The aroma is slightly fragrant with a hint of sweetness and umami from the rice.
When you take a sip, you can taste the sweet and savory flavor of the rice, and it is tangy and dry at the same time. It may be classified as light and dry, but it is good that the alcohol content is low and light on the palate, yet the umami of the rice is still there.
It may be good as a cup of sake or heated up.
I bought too much Hanaboe and Shojo became a cup sake.
But a cup sake that can be drunk frankly is also a good thing ^ ^.
The starter served by the owner tastes softly sweet rice with a modest alcohol content. Gohyakumangoku. It has a gentle flavor, slightly like syrup.
The starter is a Japanese dish of finely chopped iburigakko mushrooms and cream cheese, topped with baked French bread and dill. Dill on top. Boiled peanuts and two other dishes.
The gentle taste is very comforting.
Rice used is Yoshino Gin-no-sato
1/3rd bottle of Yoshino Sake Rice Project
Kitamura Sake Brewery, probably for the first time.
It has a good amount of sweetness, spiciness, and acidity.
The alcohol content is a little high.
The aftertaste is also crisp, and it is good that it does not get dull.
As expected of Nara's sake, the level of the ministry is high.
Mae-obi 👹Horo-obi drinking comparison😁.
I asked the lady to my left at the counter
I asked her if she had any recommendations other than Gunma sake.
I asked her if she had any recommendations other than Gunma Sake ❓ and she said "How about a comparison of Mae Oni👹Behind Oni👹".
Mae-ki👹 is the fresh type
The second one is more of the gutsy type.
I drank so much that I'm losing track of the details 😁.
I said 💕I'll treat you to a drink as a thank you to your sister.
Then please don't hesitate to ask for Toichi💕.
I drank it all in a pretty good amount of time.
I drank a little too much so I took the long way around and walked back home 😊 She drank a lot 😊.
By the way, the sister's favorite is the back demon 👹.
She is a gutsy type 😁👌👌
Erin, good evening 😊.
I'm sure there's still a lot of sake I don't know about, excuse the Gunma Prefecture residents, the lady owner here is quite knowledgeable, let's have a drink next time 😁.
Mourning God, it's nice to meet you😊.
Sister, she seemed to be a regular and explained everything to me when the owner was cooking 😊 There are strong people everywhere 😁.
I bought this when I went to Yoshinoyama to see the cherry blossoms.
Sake brewed with Yoshino water, Yoshino brewery, and Yoshino rice.
Although not stated on the label, the sake has a sake strength of -3
But it has a rich umami flavor without being too sweet.
We enjoyed it with chilled tofu, shime saba (mackerel), and simmered fresh eggplant as a mealtime sake.
When drunk on its own, it has a slight Nikki-like aroma, which reminded me of Kyoto's Yatsuhashi.
It reminded me of yatsuhashi in Kyoto.
I wanted to say to myself, "Why not?
The famous sake from Yoshino, Nara, Shojo no Oni👹san series❣️.
The founder of Shugendo, Yakushokaku, was served by a couple of demons: the husband demon was Zendo Oni (the former demon) and the wife was Myodo Oni (the latter demon).
This is the first time I bought a sake named after that Zendo Oni 😆.
I was originally under the impression that Shoto was a fruity, easy-drinking sake, but this Zendo Oni is so rich and full-bodied that it is hard to believe it is a Jungin of Gohyakumangoku 😳.
It has a nice melon feeling and a full-bodied flavor reminiscent of Tamagawa❣️.
By the third day, the ripe fruit-like sweetness is added, and the unique flavor is irresistible 😇
I'm enjoying it chippy, chippy, chippy😇
All that crosses our path are demons 👹.
But if it's demons like this, I want to see them again.
I wonder if his wife will be the next demon (not my wife 😅)
The flavor of the rice is rich and slightly sweet. It also has a fruity flavor. My favorite flavor.
The name "Gokigami" is said to be the name of an ogre that has been handed down from generation to generation.
The other day, the Kitamura Sake Brewery visited the Nara Family. I thought I had declined the tasting because my house was too far away from the brewery, but I ended up getting six kinds of their limited-edition products. Is this what you call a "screwed-up sake drinker"? I only bought one, but I should have asked for all of them.
Yesterday, my brothers and I got together for dinner.
It was our first ✨Kitamura Shuzo.
Sake rice: Gohyakumangoku, Alc 17, fruity but not too sweet, went well with the meal.
It is unfiltered but clear and refreshing!
The taste is so robust that it is hard to believe that it is 5 million stone. I wonder if it is possible to bring out so much flavor from Ihyakumangoku. It becomes gorgeous when drunk with air, but it is different from the gorgeousness of sake from the Tohoku region. You can see how great Nara sake is. Super delicious, highly recommended!
