I bought this when I went to Yoshinoyama to see the cherry blossoms.
Sake brewed with Yoshino water, Yoshino brewery, and Yoshino rice.
Although not stated on the label, the sake has a sake strength of -3
But it has a rich umami flavor without being too sweet.
We enjoyed it with chilled tofu, shime saba (mackerel), and simmered fresh eggplant as a mealtime sake.
When drunk on its own, it has a slight Nikki-like aroma, which reminded me of Kyoto's Yatsuhashi.
It reminded me of yatsuhashi in Kyoto.
I wanted to say to myself, "Why not?
