@Sightseeing Train: Symphony of Blue
All of them are brands from Yoshino, Nara.
There are three kinds of sake: Shojo, Yatagarasu, and Hanaboe.
If there is an old man who drinks sake (one cup or so) on the train, he looks terrible, but on a sightseeing train, he looks like a gentleman.
It is a very energetic sake, as is typical of nama-shu. The rice sweetness, peachy aroma, and cedar aroma come through and the sake is squeezed dry. It is not so much a sake with a hint of alcohol.
#Alcohol 17% #Polishing ratio 60% #Gin-no-sato from the town of Yoshino #Yoshino water, Yoshino brewery, Yoshino rice.
#Mildly mellow, as is typical of the original sake. Medium dry

100% Yamada Nishiki
Kitamura Sake Brewery, you sold it to me even though I went in there not knowing you were closed.
Thank you very much for your kindness.
I was so excited because I had researched on Sake-no-wa and wanted to try "Mae-ki"!
It's a very strong and strong sake, just the way I like it 🐶.
I'll be drunk and having fun soon! 😂
Good evening 🌙.
I'm so glad you went to the brewery 😳I'm so glad you were able to buy it👍It was worth the effort 💦I've never seen this brand before either😳
Made with Gin-no-sato, Fukuoka's sake brewing rice produced in Yoshino.
Nice aroma of banana and melon.
It has umami, but the aftertaste is dry and crisp. It also has a refreshing apple-like acidity and a thickening effect.
