Ding's Summer Life I had a while ago.
It was very good.
I thought it was a bit tangy and strange, so I remember it very well.
My personal favorite
🤍🤍🤍🤍
Ding Junmai Ginjyo Nama Shu
From the aroma, I have a premonition of a sweet and juicy type! ☺️
Taste as expected! It has a beautiful sweetness on the palate, but the richness comes out and fills the mouth! The richness (mixed with bitterness) remains until the aftertaste, so the feeling of having drunk it is outstanding! 😉 😉
There are only a few distributors in Ding! If you see it, it's a good idea to buy it! I'm sure you'll be able to find it!
No season to drink this!
Ding-dong, after all!
I went to buy some on my walk today thinking it would be cooler, but it's still hot!
Must be the humidity!
Kansai Sake-no-Wa Sakai Bring Your Own Off-line Meeting (3)
The first bottle of sake brought by Mr. and Mrs. Wakata
Ding, which was on my list of things I wanted to try, finally got to drink it.
The label looks like a person's face 🤔.
They bought it at a liquor store in Nagano prefecture because there is no special distributor in Kansai. The nearest store from Kansai is also in Aichi prefecture? I think there is a place that sells Takizawa...
They used to use Miyamanishiki and Kinmonniki, but now they seem to use only Miyamanishiki.
It seems that not only the brewer but also the distributor must agree to become a distributor, and if you don't sell a certain number of bottles, the distributor will be terminated 💦...that's a high hurdle to jump 🤣.
The aroma is very fruity and sweet, but when you drink it, you get the impression that it's a bit refreshing. It has a nice sharpness and the sweetness is not too strong, so even people who like dry wine will like it!
Thanks for the drink 😋😋.
Hello, bouken!
It was my first time to drink Ding, but I was a little surprised to hear that it was your first time to drink Ding, which I have heard a lot about how delicious it is 🤣.
It's a really good drink as they say, but if it's hard to get, I wonder when I can drink it next😅.
Hi bouken😃I'm curious about your list of what you'd like to drink and the rest of the lineup 😁There's a lot of information here in this review, more than just the offline conversation! You've done so much research, hats off to you ✨
Good evening, Mr. Yasube.
I've been trying to buy sake directly from the store instead of buying it in the store 😅.
Let's go to Nagoya or Tokyo and get Ding while we're at it 🤣.
Good evening, Mr. Wakata.
The rest of the lineup is listed in the introduction to Sake no Wa 😌.
The information I wrote was on a website that I googled and found at the top 😁.
Shinshu Meisho Ting Junmai Ginjyo Limited Autumn Ageri, served cold.
Kuroyo water, said to be the softest water in Japan, is used as brewing water.
It has a mild aroma and a mature, soft flavor.
It is a delicious sake on its own or as a food sake.
I was on a beer binge in August.
But in the second half of the month, my desire for sake is gradually reviving.

Memorable Sake
This was the first Ding I purchased in my life.
Thank you so much to the owner for recommending it to me!
This time I will have it in the fall (though it is still summer).
The ginjo aroma reminded me of muscat, and the taste was smooth and mellow.
I will continue to enjoy this sake as one of my most memorable sakes!
