I bought this as a souvenir for a legal trip home. It was left at room temperature in the souvenir corner, but it had a "gassy" feel to it, so I half expected it and went back to Tokyo with high hopes.
I chilled it and drank it cold and...oh! It is quite delicious. It has a gassy, sweet and sake-like taste, but it is easy to drink.
We are looking forward to more sake from Hagi!
The label gives off a unique pop.
Nice aroma of fresh sake. The carbonation on the tongue and juicy sweetness are delicious. The taste is robust, but it doesn't linger, so you won't get tired of drinking it even when it's hot.
I completely missed the timing to give you this, Changyang Fookmusume's Active Summer.
This is the one I ordered after Tian Ming the other day at another place's sake.
This is also from CWS. I wanted to post it after Tian Ming, but I ran out of energy 😭

This is apple🍎, with a fresh aroma and a trace of gas. When you drink it, it's sweet at first, then quickly comes crisp and dry. Delicate acidity, elegant apple flavor, and a dry aftertaste.
Nothing but delicious comes out of it 😆💕.

The first drink was a summer sake from Choyo Fukumusume.
The label was very pop, but it was a refreshingly dry summer sake that went down smoothly!
The first Choyo Fukumusume Aru Soze is a PB from Hosono Shoten.
It has a refreshing taste, but the heaviness of the 17% draft comes later. There is no sense of alcohol, and it is very drinkable for an alky sake.
