The aroma is weak, and immediately after drinking the sake, one senses a well-balanced astringency and a shushiness, leaving a refreshing sweetness.
It is a delicious sake with a lingering astringency rather than sweetness.
It is mouth-watering again tonight💕.
Choyo Fukumusume Active Winter Junmai Ginjo Orikigarami Nama Sake
The third glass was...yes✋my favorite, Junmai Ginjo Orikagarami!
You can tell from the aroma that it's orikagara because of the gentle sweet aroma. ☺️ I didn't know about this sake, but there's something about Yamaguchi Prefecture's sake that just fits 🥰.
The spiciness from the sweetness of the rice comes out ✋ delicious😁.
There was no counter available, so I drank alone at a table‼️ and as I got drunk, the spaciousness made me 1000% happy... I drank and commented, drank and commented 💬 repeatedly. This guy is delicious ‼️
The second glass was Choyo Fukumusume.
It is spicy and dry, with an unobtrusive sharpness that is perfect as a mid-meal drink. It goes well with pickles.
It is a great drink.

Changyang Fukumusume's dry sake, which I liked after drinking it for the first time last year, is served with gyoza (dumplings).
It has a dry taste with a hint of gas, and sweetness and acidity are kept low. It is a dry sake with good sharpness and the flavor of Yamada-Nishiki. It is a perfect match with gyoza, and is as delicious as expected.
100% Yamadanishiki produced in Hagi, Yamaguchi Prefecture
Polishing ratio 55
Sharp and spicy, with a lingering grape-like fruitiness.
I've had Toyo Bijin before, which is made with Yamada Nishiki from Hagi, but it's a completely different story even though it's made with Yamada Nishiki from the same region💦.
Reminds me of the wonders of sake🤔.
This is why I can't stop 😙.
Hi Jay & Nobby😄
Thank goodness we are neighboring prefectures so Yamaguchi sake is readily available or easy to find 😊.
I hope to one day decide what is the best sake for me ✨.
Right now I have too many candidates to narrow it down😅.
Choyo Fukumusume Yamadanishiki Dry Junmai Sake Light Nigori Nama
The aroma is faintly greefy! 😌.
The mouthfeel is quite refreshing as it calls itself dry (with a hint of sweetness)! (The sweetness is just a little bit.) However, it does not have a strong alcohol taste and has a sharp sharpness... It seems to be the best match as a food sake!
I could not buy this sake because I did not have a chance to buy it! I'm glad I was able to buy it! I'm glad I got it!
