Let's try a brand you haven't tried yet in this series!
This time it's Changyang Fookmusume.
I have often seen this brand around, but this is my first time to try it.
It has a fruity aroma and a sweet-tasting flavor with a sense of calmness.
I had imagined it to be more classical, but it is a modern sake.
Good aroma like fresh green apple 🍏.
The mouthfeel has a wonderful refreshing fresh sweetness and acidity that spreads from the sizzling microcarbonation 🤤.
The silky flavor of the ori also combines with the umami that spreads out from it is also nice 🤤 ❗️
The end of the bottle has a dry sharpness and a pleasant bitterness that lingers in the mouth 😊.
As expected from Changyang Fu Musume ❗️ too good 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤.
This sake has a gorgeous aroma and is gentle on the palate, with just the right amount of sweetness and umami, while also being refreshing and crisp.
Serve with Tsukasa gyoza (dumplings).
Ingredients : Yamadanishiki produced in Hagi, Yamaguchi
Rice Polishing Ratio : 55
Alcohol content : 17
I wanted to try this brand, so I went for it!
The aroma is sweet and sour like grapes, the water is soft and pleasant to drink, and even though it is unfiltered raw sake, it is not too sweet or too spicy, but rather tangy and pleasant. It gives the impression of a white wine. The subtle sweetness is pleasant, and the dryness is wonderful. This was a glimpse of Yamaguchi's true spirit, which is not limited to otters.
