The rice used is Hakutsuru Nishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture. This sake is gorgeous and very elegant. The balance between sweetness and fresh citrus bitterness is just right. This sake is very good and makes the sake cups go up and up. Under 2,000 yen for this specs and this deliciousness may be a bargain. It was delicious. ❣️

I bought it because it was in Hankyu. I've had a sake called "Kaga no Tsuki no Niji" before, but I wonder if the contents are the same. It is thin and cloudy. It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma and a light pineapple flavor. The second half is quite pungent. There is something gentle in the mouthfeel that is unique to saké squeezed in a bag, isn't there?

Purchased at a liquor store in Kanazawa. I thought it would have a strong aroma and sweetness since it was a daiginjo, but the aroma was not that strong and the sweetness was felt on the palate, but quickly subsided, making it a good sake for a mealtime drink. 720ml 2,970 yen (tax included) ⭐︎4
