It is clear, transparent, and powerful, yet well-balanced without interfering with food. A satisfying bottle. I bought it at Kanamaru Sake Shop in front of Ekimae, Kanazawa City. The mother of the store kindly gave me a lot of information. I also bought Tetorigawa at the same time.

Purchased during a recent tasting. We had it with an assortment of snacks at the Hokkaido Exhibition. It was 18 degrees and was delicious with taste and flavor.

The rice used is Hakutsuru Nishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture. This sake is gorgeous and very elegant. The balance between sweetness and fresh citrus bitterness is just right. This sake is very good and makes the sake cups go up and up. Under 2,000 yen for this specs and this deliciousness may be a bargain. It was delicious. ❣️
