Tonight we will be serving a sake from the Ogino Sake Brewery in Miyagi, Tohoku.
If served cold, it has a crisp aftertaste, and if served chilled, it has a mild yet powerful flavor.
A pleasantly intoxicating sake with just the right amount of spiciness.
The alcohol taste is strong for the alcohol content.
It's firm, dry and clean without any aftertaste.
When it returns to room temperature, the tongue is mellowed and the spiciness is slightly reduced.
