This is my first Yamato Shizuku. It has a nice summery label.
It has a juicy, dark flavor and acidity, and is quite drinkable. I felt it was a sake that would not be defeated by strong dishes.
It doesn't have the refreshing feeling of a summer sake, but it is delicious in its own way 😄.

A few days ago, a summit meeting was held for my soccer team to participate in the All Hokkaido Tournament ❗This sounds cool, but it was a drinking party 😜.
The first game of the tournament was a field day for me and my coach's children, so we had to play the first game with a small number of players! We managed to get through and into the second round ❗Please, young people, take me to Asahikawa 🙏.
While the leaders were talking about tactics and positions, all I could think was, "Sake is good!
Yamatoshizuku goes well with sashimi, sushi, octopus cooked in banchana, etc. 😋 ✌️
