Yamato Shizuku Junmai Sake Summer Yamato Lactic acidity from the aroma (slightly alu feeling too 😉 ). Quite a sweet and sour taste! (The lactic acidity is just as strong as the aroma, which is probably why the acidity in the aftertaste is also strong! And maybe some bitterness in the middle? I think so 🧐) The aftertaste is clean and does not linger in the mouth!
