This ogara-mi of Yamato Shizuku is a first for us!

I opened it right away!
The ginjo aroma is a bit like the smell of Seme.
But I don't mind it.
It's just as good as Aaron's comment!
I'm glad I bought it!
The Rose Parade was held on January 1 (US time).
Kyoto Tachibana High School brass band participated.
Although their performance was restricted this time due to copyright issues, they were full of energy, smiles, and dreams, and seemed to be enjoying their performance.
I only watched the performance on YouTube, but it made me smile as well.
It made me happy at the beginning of the New Year.

Daisen City (formerly Omagari?) I heard about it for the first time. This is the first time I've heard of it. It has a fruity taste with peachy and maybe even banana flavors, but it is finished off with chocolate bitters so that it does not taste too heavy. It is said to have a little more acidity when it is freshly brewed.
Yamato Shizuku was recommended to us at an izakaya in Sendai.
It was a delicious sake that gently washed down the restaurant's signature handmade shimishi tsumire, oden, and fatty amberjack!

Refreshing, sweet, and absolutely delicious. Oh, my. I can't write a good report if it's too delicious, can I?
It goes well with sashimi and fried octopus.
Refreshing and fruity. I think it has a slight effervescence that makes you feel like you're drinking a fresh sake, even though it is fire-aged. It went perfectly with sashimi and fried fish. Very tasty. ★★★★
The initial mouthfeel is so refreshing that it reminds you of water, but then you taste the umami and a slight bitterness remains at the end.
As it approaches room temperature, the sweetness increases.
The fruity aroma makes it easy to drink.
