The other day, I received a bottle of Yamato Shizuku Junmai-shu from Akita Seishu in Daisen City, Akita Prefecture, at a tavern on a business trip.
As the label says, it has the flavor and aroma of a junmai sake, but is easy to drink and goes well with food.
At a drinking party. Sake cups are served with a no-holds-barred drink.
You know very well that it is not a "het dot," right? The general said, "You know very well!
It's juicy, like a rummy.
The citrus acidity and rice malted rice are delicious.
It is crisp, but you can feel the line.
It has a nice sharpness.
I like this one.
It is just right for a quiet conversation, light and tasty.

It tastes fresh but not too light and a bit dry! Very tasty 🥰♥️
This is my first Yamato Shizuku. It has a nice summery label.
It has a juicy, dark flavor and acidity, and is quite drinkable. I felt it was a sake that would not be defeated by strong dishes.
It doesn't have the refreshing feeling of a summer sake, but it is delicious in its own way 😄.
