Mellow aroma of banana.
The aroma spreads to the back of the mouth.
The lingering flavor on the back of the nose lingers in the mouth.
I drank it with hiya today, but tomorrow I will drink it a little cooler.
It is a full-bodied sake with a strong acidity. It is characterized by its acidity, but it is a very tasty sake. It went well with tofu paste with spinach. It is a little too much for sushi. I like it very much. ★★★★★
It comes in sweet and crispy.
Mineral, mild pear-like aroma. Sweetness like pear juice from a thick mouthfeel. The second half is crisp with a lingering sweetness and bitterness that finishes with a crisp impression.
While the impression is sweet and easy to drink, the crispness in the second half invites you to drink the next cup without getting tired of drinking. Delicious 😋.

Garden Series #1
After a long time, I wandered to a restaurant with a good selection of Japanese sake.
The first thing that caught my eye was this!
I've seen it in dancyu before, but this is the first time I've actually had it!

Melon🍈 and citrus 🍊
More citrusy than anything else.
Not too sharp, but fresh.
Good as a food wine.
I think it's better with food than on its own.
It was delicious 😋😋😋😋.
Thank you for the food 🎶.
Mild fragrance. Smooth texture.
Soaks in smoothly and freshly.
Slightly chemically melon-like sweet aroma.
Light and refreshing acidity with a pungent alcohol taste.
After that, there is a light but gradual rice flavor.
It is a little too strong to be served with strong-flavored food.

The aroma of rice is fluffy and well balanced.
It also has a sweetness.
Add carbonic acid to make it a highball.
The addition of acidity gives it a sweet and sour taste, giving it a summery feel.
A fun way to drink.
This is "Yamato Shizuku Junmai-shu" from Akita Seishu, Daisen City, Akita Prefecture.
I had this sake the other day at a tavern on a business trip.
My memory is a little fuzzy, but it was a delicious sake that was easy to drink and had a great taste of rice.
A dry summer sake that can be drunk refreshingly.
I like the cool label.
I like to drink it with cold vegetable dishes such as deep-fried and soaked eggplant.
(My opinion after drinking it)
Yamato Shizuku is a brand that you can buy without going through a Dewazuru distributor. Here are my impressions. It has a ginjo aroma like white peaches. It has a slight yellow tinge. As soon as it enters the mouth, the delicious taste of rice fills the mouth with a huge mouthful of flavor. The aftertaste is sweet and sour, with a lingering sweetness that lingers in the throat. Although it is called a summer sake, the alcohol content is not low, and the flavor of Miyamanishiki is fully expressed. It has a solid body, yet still feels somewhat cool. Like Junmai Ginjo, this sake is once-fired, but instead of the traditional raw bottling method, it is bottled and fired at the same time it is bottled in the vat. The extra work involved gives the sake a rich freshness on the palate that makes it hard to believe that it is a 60% polished junmai sake. The taste is cool and refreshing, and the fruity aroma of AK-1 yeast is even more vivid. The acidity is clearly assertive and refreshing, and the palate quickly turns dry, which is probably the reason for its cool flavor.

Aroma: The aroma of pure rice is overpowered by the smell of alcohol.
Taste: Similar to the aroma, the taste is stronger than the alcohol content. It is similar to Niigata's "light and dry" style.
Overall impression: Not really my favorite.
