1.8L, 3,520 yen Alcohol content 16% Raw material rice: 100% Omachi from Okayama Prefecture, Polishing ratio: 50% Yeast used: Akita AK-1, UT-1 Sake meter: +1 Acidity: 1.8 We chose Haruda, which is well-known for its Akita Kariho. The first sip is clear and has a slight pungency, but it does not bother me too much. It has a fluffy, umami flavor, but also has a nice sharpness to it.
