It is served cold. The aroma of sake spreads in the mouth. You can feel the acidity, but after that it goes down your throat smoothly and has a nice aftertaste. Drink it slowly and savor it.
It's a smooth, clean, refreshing, watery kind of thing.
Slightly woody flavor.
Rice taste is faint.
No alcohol smell, clear.
Like a serious lady with dark hair.
Tastes good and is pleasant to drink.
But it is too light for me and I think I would drink too much, so it is out.
Junmai Ginjo Hoshiro
Mouthfeel, watery! It is refreshing.
The mysterious taste makes the summer sake (?) The strange taste makes the summer sake (?) not so much! It is a very refreshing and refreshing sake.
I love it 90 points ❤.
Takebayashi Karoyaka Junmai Daiginjo, a sake from Okayama. It has a slightly yellowish color, and the sweetness of the rice and its gorgeous aroma spread over the palate. It is a junmai daiginjo with a taste I like.
It's been a while since I've had a drink from Okayama 🍶.
The aroma is modest, but the world view gradually expands lol.
It is refreshing and a little pungent 😌.
There is also a hint of sourness, and the overall flavor is nicely integrated 😁.
Despite the description says it should be served hot or at room temperature 🙆🙆
It says to order it at room temperature or heated sake... but the restaurant was chilling it, so I ordered it cold. LOL!
The aroma is subdued, and the dryness and umami spread quickly on the palate. The alcohol content was also strong, perhaps because the alcohol would normally be lost by heating the sake up.
However, the lingering taste calmed down, and I enjoyed the changes that made me think it was rather sweet...? I enjoyed the change in taste!
I would like to try it at a different temperature next time.
The Commandment of Spring
The aroma is cool and refreshing when cold, and as the temperature rises, the aroma becomes a mix of ripe fruit and steamed rice. In the mouth, it has a crisp attack and a fine bubbly taste. The clear flavor is followed by a hint of steamed rice, and then the spiciness spreads in the mouth. The spiciness remains in the mouth, and the finish is refreshing.
There are various types of dry sake, but I thought it was dry in the sense that it made my mouth hot, which is different from the common feeling of a hot throat. It is a sake that stimulates you and wakes you up when the weather is fine and you are in a daze.
I've always been curious about it because I often see it at Takashimaya, but this is my first time to drink it.
The rice is Asahi rice and Yamadanishiki. It is fresh and has a strong sweet flavor, but the aroma and taste are a bit unique. I also feel a bit of hardness. I'll give it some more time and see how it goes.
Apple and honey-like sweetness with a sense of thickening.
Purchased at "Wine and Sake Takeda Okayama Saiwai-machi Store" near Okayama Station! I chose this bottle while asking the clerk about local sake in Okayama. I was told that it is a brand that can only be purchased at a specialty store.
As the name "Toro" suggests, it has a rich and deep flavor. It has a strong alcohol taste, but it is not sharp. It is said to be a sake that has been laid down for more than a year. It seems to go well with a hearty meal.
It's a draft sake, but heating it up brings out the umami of the rice and makes it even better. Let's warm it up!
Sake rice: 100% Yamadanishiki
Rice polishing ratio: 60
Alcohol content: 17 degrees Celsius
Bicchu tasted Kamogata sake.
It's so good!
The sweet flavor spreads out, but cuts through cleanly!
The "white hall" from Takebayashi that I drank before was also delicious, but this "Kansei" was really great as well.
