Local sake from Okayama follows.
Yamada-Nishiki grown in-house is polished to 50%. The sake is left to mature slowly at low temperatures for about a year until it becomes mild and full-flavored before shipping.
It has a mellow mouthfeel, so is it Oshatoro?
It has a fresh taste and is delicious.
