The sake we tasted was
catharsis Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu
Fukamari Shatoro Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu
Junmai Daiginjo Karoyaka
2 kinds of amazake (not pictured)
The catharsis is so fresh that it is hard to believe it is fire-aged.
It is sweet and juicy, like a raw sake. I regret not buying it 😭.
Takebayashi Fukamari Shatoro tastes like it hasn't been aged for more than a year. It is supposed to be dry, but it doesn't seem that dry.
Karoyaka also tasted gorgeous.
The dry sake was also generally fruity.
Both types of amazake were also delicious.
Tasted like Pocari Sweat.
