This Sake is sweet like syrup. It has a full and juicy mouth feel and a mild flavor of cherries. Maybe vanilla? 🤔 The finish is a little acidic which helps cleanse the pallet.

OSAKA SAKE & FOOD EXPO 2024⑭ Marumoto Sake Brewery's booth. The same people from Takashimaya and the Japanese Sake Festival were there, and when Nemuchi-san greeted them, the brewery staff seemed to remember him😊. Sake made with organic Yamadanishiki. It's delicious, but I can feel it's been aged for quite a while... Did I mention it's aged for a year? I looked up this sake and found very little information about it 🤔... I left the booth with only this sake since I had already had many other sake at other events... 🤔... 〜Postscript It was 2 years old! Sorry 💦.

It was recommended to me at the store😊. Takebayashi has the image of a hiragana 4-letter brand, but it's a spring-only sake and the name "Hoshi-Oboro" is cool, so I chose to drink it w It has a moderate umami taste with a touch of acidity and astringency, making it easy to drink overall! I paired it with a smoked fish appetizer, and yes, it's good! 👍 I'll keep that in mind!

Nice to meet you sake🍶. The aroma is curious 😐 with a little peculiar aroma. The taste is fruity but not refreshing and the umami of rice comes. The aftertaste leaves a sourness and an amino-type bitterness in the throat that is not alcoholic. I'm not sure if I'm saying it myself😅. Bottom line, I'd like to drink it after a couple of days because it feels too ready. If it were 100% sake of my choice... I would give it a 65 🙄. This is my personal subjective opinion.

You can drink from noon on New Year's break 😁. Asaguchi, Okayama Prefecture. Marumoto Sake Brewery Co. Takebayashi catharsis. I met this brewery at a Japanese sake festival at Takashimaya and became a fan the moment I drank it. If you like sweet and juicy, you will definitely like this 😊. Recently, they have been holding a "Moromi Gazing Party" at the brewery, where you can just stare at the surface of the fermenting moromi. It is served cold. The color is a little yellowish, so I think it has matured a little 😅. The top aroma is slightly sweet ginjo aroma. The mouthfeel is smooth, and the rich honey-like sweetness is impressive, but a little different from what I had before. The rich sweetness is mellowed and the aroma on the nose gives the impression of maturity. The sweetness lingers on the palate for a long time, and even though it has a slightly matured taste, it is still a delicious dessert sake. But from now on, I'll drink it earlier... Ingredients:Rice(domestic),Rice malt(domestic) Ingredient rice: 100% Yamadanishiki (grown in-house) Polishing ratio: 50 Alcohol Content:16%.

After a mild, mellow mouthfeel, a refreshing, elegant sweetness spreads, and from there, the umami spreads with the same aroma and flavor as the top shelf. After a tangy, spicy taste, it finishes with a slight bitterness and a lingering spicy aftertaste. This sake has been aged at low temperature for 8 months after pressing. I buy this sake when it is released to enjoy its unique mellowness. The impression is that the mildness and sweetness are balanced by the spiciness. ★★★★

The 6th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower ⑤. Marumoto Shuzo / "Takebayashi" Okayama Prefecture Reunited with the brewery owner who I had promised at the Takashimaya Sake Festival. I'm glad he remembered me as someone who complimented me a lot 🤣. Since the last sake festival, Marumoto Sake Brewery has been hitting it out of the park with their rich, sweet and delicious sake. At least I've had it before, but I reconfirmed its deliciousness. Takebayashi Karoyaka Oshoro Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu I found on the Internet that it is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake that has been aged at a low temperature for one year. This one has "Karoyaka" in the brand name, but it is the best with a rich sweet flavor. Takebayashi Karoyaka Junmai Daiginjo specs, not rich in sweetness and flavor. The aroma is gorgeous, but it is rather mild and refreshing just like the brand name. Takebayashi catharsis It's still delicious. I like it from the moment I read the aroma. The concentrated sweetness and richness is the best 😋. Bubu Bubu Sake With 5% alcohol content, you can enjoy it just like a juice. Even weak drinkers can enjoy it. In my opinion, it was the best because I liked it no matter what I drank👍.
