This nigori sake is so good! I've been curious about this sake since I saw it on the line at the liquor store. I got it before they sold out! Thank goodness it's locally available!
This was my second bottle of sake that day. I was too drunk to remember the details of the taste, but I think it was a tangy taste with lactic acidity. It was 3:00 a.m. when I came to realize it was that kind of sake! My friend was also a big fan of it!
For snacks, I made salted fried chicken with amazake, boiled the leftover skin in sweet and spicy sauce, and baked mentaiko dashi rolls. Too much salt!
It is called "Dohara" and is very dry.
It is not too harsh and can be drunk smoothly.

I was impressed by this drink three years ago at a pub.
I was a super amateur, but I always remembered how good it was.
The aroma is mild but refreshing.
It smells like herbs and mint.
I don't have to tell you how good it tastes.
It is like clean water that does not disturb anything.
The sweetness of the rice is subtle and quickly fades away.
It is a very dry sake, but even those who like sweet sake can enjoy it.
This sake is only available during this season.
You can buy it by the bottle.
We are lucky to be able to buy this sake at this time of the year.
And it was so active that it took about 7-8 minutes to open the bottle. As usual, it has a sloppy taste and is not sweet, so you can't help but drink too much of it.
