The first fish mound of the year! The aroma is green and fresh, though it seems to be nigori. Rough and thick rice juice on the tongue. It has a fizzy and foamy feeling. The matte flavor has a hint of rice sweetness. Dry throat for its texture. I really like it. Degree of liking ☆4/5

Kyushu Trip No. 8 Happy New Year everyone 🎍. We look forward to working with you in the New Year. 🙇‍♂️ When I went to Kumamoto, I took a wrong turn on the way to Minamiaso. I went into the parking lot of a store and decided to turn around. There was a sign that said "No passing through" 😆😆😆😆. I looked at the sign of the store and saw that this was the same liquor shop I visited last January 😱😱😱😱. It was fate that brought me here 😆😆 I decided to pull over and take a look. The result was I walked out of the store with this nigori, 4 bottles of sake and a bag of dried firefly squid 😆😆😆. Winter somehow makes me want to drink nigori. I can't help it 🫠. There was a warning about opening the bottle, but I opened it quietly without blowing! The amount of nigori is unbelievable! It's creamy and super thick ‼️, like a soft, smooth, doburoku! The gasiness is just right. The taste is dry and refreshing with a hint of sourness. The snack was "Tonsoku no Tororo ni Nimin" (Slowly simmered pork feet) by Marukyoshokusan, a food company in Sasebo, Japan. Pork feet simmered in a light broth and pulled together. Warmed up, it was delicious! I love it and want to eat it regularly 🥺🥺🥺🥺.

Running out of New Year's sake, purchased at a local liquor store Do." It took a lot of effort, but I opened the bottle in about an hour. Slightly sweet aroma, I felt like I was drinking delicious sake lees. It has a little bit of sweetness, The taste is dry, though the oli makes it sloppy on the palate. Sake is very deep!

First "Do Second bottle of muddy sake after Hirotogawa nigori Be careful when opening the bottle due to its activity. We managed not to spill it. Do not mix the top clear liquid 💦. There is quite a lot of ori. I feel it is more than Kido's nigori. Standing aroma is sweet with a strong sense of ori. The mouthfeel is not sweet, as is often the case with nigori. It is rather dry. It seems to be easy to drink with meals. It is good with salty hot pot with yuzu kosho. I will buy again next year 🙃. Although it's New Year's Eve and New Year's Holidays I drink too much!
