I have been missing the time to buy this one every year.
I finally had a chance to buy it.
I was afraid to open the bottle because I was told that the secondary fermentation in the bottle was in progress, but it was not a disaster, probably due to the perforated stopper.
When we poured it into a vessel, it showed its true value: bubbles, bubbles, bubbles, bubbles, bubbles, bubbles, bubbles.
When I took my eyes off the bottle, it was about to overflow.
The taste is not so sweet, but bitter.
The mouth feel is "fuka fuka".

This is a standard sake at our house during the year-end and New Year's holidays, and this year we decided to use a four-pack instead of a one-pack.
We had a hard time opening the bottle this year. That's how active it is!
It took two times of opening and closing the bottle to reach the lid and ooze out💦.
I knew this was a bad idea, so I opened the bottle in the bowl at once! It spilled a little but somehow it was ok. It was the most healthy I've ever had 😃.
The rice smoothie is like drinking yogurt in my stomach 😄.
