The ultimate muddy! 100%, no, 120% muddy. It was my first time! I twisted the lid and thought it wouldn't blow out, but when I let my guard down, it started to blow out and I hurried to close it. I spilled a little bit. I decided to think it was an angel share. It wasn't, but.., I poured it into a glass, and it was a sludge. I wondered if there was any top liquid in Shirakawa-go and Hida. This Sake is light, clean and dry. There is a cucumber flavor that I found hard to detect because of the broiled saba I was eating. 😛

Dry sake that I wanted to try. I thought it would be more thirst-quenching, but it wasn't at all. But it has a strong taste. Very good as a food sake!
