When you drink it, it is dry and has a lingering taste peculiar to muddy sake.
It might be good to have this kind of sake once in a while.
It has a gentle and sweet mouthfeel, but the sharpness that comes afterwards is light and refreshing. The balance of sweetness and spiciness makes it a sexy sake.

It was hard to find the right time to buy it, but I finally did.
When I opened the bottle, it didn't spurt out, but after a shriek, it automatically stirred.
The slightly cloudy part is clear, dry, fizzy, easy to drink and delicious.
Shaking the bottle and stirring it makes it sloshy and more rice-like. It's interesting and I like it, but it makes it a little harder to drink😅.
