The ultimate muddy! 100%, no, 120% muddy. It was my first time! I twisted the lid and thought it wouldn't blow out, but when I let my guard down, it started to blow out and I hurried to close it. This Sake is light, clean and dry. There is a cucumber flavor that I found hard to detect because of the broiled saba I was eating. 😛

It tastes like a dry amazake with a fizzy, fizzy taste, full of flavor, and very drinkable.

Delicious!!! The moment I drank it, I was in the army! Is it just me, or does it taste dry at all? It's true that it's not sweet, but it's clear, crisp, and fruity! I got some tuna, so I tried makimaki. Next time, I'll have to drink a bottle. Yamamoto is really good no matter what I drink!
