Fresh gassy and slightly sweet to dry taste. We enjoyed it with boiled eggplant, pork miso soup, and assorted sashimi.
It is a delicious dry sake that goes well with both sashimi and pork miso soup.
It's so light and refreshing it's like water.
Too refreshing, like water, and when you drink it, it's like it's dry.
...It's dangerous because you can gobble it down.
This is my first time to try Dodoshi! I've never been a fan of dry sake, but I was curious about it because I saw it at my nearest liquor store!
When I drank it, it had a fruity taste? I didn't really feel the spiciness in the aftertaste? It was very tasty. There was also Yamamoto's Forest Green? There was also Yamamoto's Forest Green, but I gave it up because it was not included in the all-you-can-drink offer,
