It's smooth and has just the right amount of sweetness and acidity to make it a great drink for casual occasions.
The store owner recommended it for filing as the label is cute and peels off nicely!

I remember I did a kitchen run car while enjoying F1 Suzuka.
I remember it didn't go well with chashu pork, and I remember drinking it later with dried fish or something else that tasted good!
It must have been gently sweet like dried fruit.
Well, it is still delicious.
The piquancy is nice, and the aftertaste is pleasant with a good balance of sweetness, spiciness, and sourness.

The name "secret color" means "secret color" of the name of "Kasane-iro-me" used in juni-hitoe (twelve-layered kimono).
After opening the bottle, it has a pleasant melon-like sweet and refreshing aroma unlike Moeki.
When you put it in your mouth, it is fresh and fruity with a good sweetness, and its sweetness feels regal😍 Not only the sweetness, but you can feel the full acidity as a supporting role 🤔.
This is delicious!
My preference is moeki, but this moderate sweetness and acidity makes me want to drink it again👍.

There was a bag-hanging tobin of Wakamusume, so I ordered it 😄.
It was juicy, sweet and sour, with a hint of ginjo aroma, and a bitterness that gradually comes through ✨No bitterness at all 😳.
This is delicious 😆By the way, it's not a spring sake 👍.

One of two bottles I bought when I went to a corner bar attached to a liquor store with a friend on my birthday in August.
Moegi" is said to be the name of the auspicious "Kasane-iro-me" that represents prosperity of a family!
After opening the bottle, the aroma is fruity, but it is a gentle fruity aroma that is elegant.
When you put it in your mouth, the flavor spreads quickly! Is it sweet? I thought it was sweet, but it is more dry 🤩 The aftertaste is also gentle and runs smoothly.
The gap between the aroma and the different taste is good!

Next is a sake brewery I've had a taste of.
I looked at it again and saw that it was a sake brewery, but this time it was Wakamusume, a sake brewery that has not yet submitted a post.

A lively opening sound with a "spontaneous f" ♫
When you drink it, it is slightly effervescent and has acidity.
It has a strong sense of koji (malted rice) and sweetness.
The sweetness is on par with Kojo-zake.
It's like a juice with little alcohol.

My first encounter with wakamusume was on the manager's treat at a drinking party and I too was surprised at how delicious it was!
This Tsukigusa was meh sweet, but I would like to try a different one 😉.
My favorite Wakamusume spring sake, the pale young grass colored label indicates the season 😊.
For some reason it's summer when I drink it 😓.
