This is the second sake I'm interested in.
The label is cool🙆
Seems to be a collaboration sake with Fist of the North Star.
I visited Kumamoto twice this year, but I have yet to try a brand I've never had before.
The three sakes of the day, all full of aroma!
The sweetness is more moderate than the sweetness of Naruto Tai LED
and a sharp taste!
I drank the last of them with sea urchin and salted squid 🍶.
The meat at Banmonten was also a gem, but we were a bit more hungry, so we left the bar and finished off with Kashiwa Ramen (aka Kashiwa Ramen) at a nearby soba restaurant (Sanchan Soba)!
Tomorrow is the usual cross-industrial association's evening party!
There probably won't be any sake at the party, so I made sure I had some tonight!

Like Rei, who became gray-haired and sharp, and defeated Judas with Nanto Suitori-ken Ouyi, or Flying Hakurei, this junmai ginjo is brewed with limpid mountain water from Aso and polished Yamada-Nishiki, the king of sake rice, to give it its brilliant sharpness, soft ginjo aroma, and beautifully rich flavor. The label features a design of a white-haired lei with its increased sharpness. We assure you that you will be "beautiful" with the brilliant flavor produced by Aso!

Last sake I bought last year as a Kumamoto souvenir.
If I have a chance to visit Kumamoto again, I would like to visit Aso and Kikuchi area 😌.
When opened and poured, it has a sweet aroma like sugar and sugarcane.
The mouthfeel is crisp and immediately afterwards has the plumpness of rice plus the sweet and spicy taste of brewer's alcohol.
The flavor is stable from start to finish, with a delicious standard taste! The unadorned taste is a perfect accompaniment to a meal 👍.
I would like to visit 4 unexplored prefectures (Kochi, Miyazaki, Kagoshima, Okinawa), but there are many places I would like to revisit. 🗺️
