Last sake I bought last year as a Kumamoto souvenir. If I have a chance to visit Kumamoto again, I would like to visit Aso and Kikuchi area 😌. When opened and poured, it has a sweet aroma like sugar and sugarcane. The mouthfeel is crisp and immediately afterwards has the plumpness of rice plus the sweet and spicy taste of brewer's alcohol. The flavor is stable from start to finish, with a delicious standard taste! The unadorned taste is a perfect accompaniment to a meal 👍. I would like to visit 4 unexplored prefectures (Kochi, Miyazaki, Kagoshima, Okinawa), but there are many places I would like to revisit. 🗺️

Soft aroma like almonds🫘. A hint of apple sweetness followed quickly by a strong sourness 🍎. Dark and robust taste✨ Great taste indeed 💪.

Aso no sake Reizan" drinking comparison 🍶🍶. I bought them all at once because they were all the right size 👛. Strong aroma of rice 🌾🍶. Soft and umami (good flavor) 😋. The spiciness comes later ⚡. A very 'clear' sake with a good balance 😉.

Sake (1) I drank at Jigoku Onsen in Kumamoto. A recommended bottle at Seifu-so, where there is a mixed bathing open-air bath "Suzume no Yu" in Doro Onsen (hot spring) 🍶I heard there are only a few bottles 😚 It was a delicious sake with a refreshing feeling without getting drunk after the bath 🥰.

A memorandum of my visit to Kumamoto I came to Kumamoto for the Kumamoto Castle Marathon: ❗️ The day before, I had dinner at "Inaho", a chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) restaurant, and the Kuma shochu and sake were so good that I ended up drinking too much 😅. The sake was Kumamoto's "Reizan" and it was delicious with the sashimi 😋.

馬刺しは食べたことあるけど焼肉は初めて 馬肉の焼肉で有名な「らむ」に行ってきました😋 お通しの馬スジ煮込みから絶品🤤 柔らかくでコラーゲンたっぷりプルプル 霜降り馬刺し お肉の美しさが目を引きますね😮 甘口醤油をつけて口に運ぶ 💥旨さ炸裂💥 馬レバー刺し 雑味の無い 甘味があってぷりぷり 余韻も最高✨💕 せっかくなので熊本のお酒をたのみました 阿蘇の酒 れいざん🍶 飲み口は爽やかな水のよう やや辛口ですっきり 素朴なスタンダードな味なんだけど、料理の味を邪魔しないお酒でした 商標登録の桜納豆 お店が発祥とのこと もちろんやばいっす✨ そして馬肉のカルビ・ロース ジンギスカン鍋の上で馬肉を焼く 旨味豊かな肉汁、クセが全くなく、脂が甘い 馬肉の焼肉ってなんでこんな美味しいんだろな❗❗ ロースとても気に入ったので追加注文 想像以上にめちゃ馬かった🐎🐎🐎 それからネットで少し調べて 熊本と福島では馬の品種が違うことが分かりました このように、さまざまな食べ方がある 日本の食文化は本当に豊かですね～ 知れば知るほど魅了されると思う😁✨

Tourism Expo Japan 2023 Report 16📝. I said I would mainly visit foreign booths, but as a result I drank 16 kinds of sake 💧. Finally, I decided to have some Reizan that was waiting for me at the Kumamoto Prefecture booth 🍶. It has a slightly matured and mellow aroma. However, being a junmai ginjo, it has a clean aftertaste. I thought the fact that they called it a tourism expo but generously served expensive sake was not inferior to other sake festivals 💡.
