Last sake I bought last year as a Kumamoto souvenir. If I have a chance to visit Kumamoto again, I would like to visit Aso and Kikuchi area 😌. When opened and poured, it has a sweet aroma like sugar and sugarcane. The mouthfeel is crisp and immediately afterwards has the plumpness of rice plus the sweet and spicy taste of brewer's alcohol. The flavor is stable from start to finish, with a delicious standard taste! The unadorned taste is a perfect accompaniment to a meal 👍. I would like to visit 4 unexplored prefectures (Kochi, Miyazaki, Kagoshima, Okinawa), but there are many places I would like to revisit. 🗺️

Like full-bodied and tender. Good balance of acidity and sweetness. I don't know how to describe it, but it's the kind of sake that seems to fill your stomach... But the aftertaste is refreshing. It was a sake that I have not tasted very often. I said a lot, but I quite liked this type.

Third kind of Reizan today. It is so light that it almost seems like water. Although the alcohol content is 14 degrees. After all, sake brewed in a place with pure water doesn't seem to have a high alcohol content.

☀️ Kumamoto sake 🍶, first time 🧐. It's not sweet, it's clean, and you can taste the umami. I noticed a little sweetness in the aftertaste, then it just melts away and it's over: 😶‍🌫️ It is a food sake that goes well with a variety of foods. I'm not sure if this is the quintessence of dry sake or not. Nice dry 👍❓❓❓❓

Reizan's Honjozo (brewed from rice) 🍶. I bought this one at an antenna store in Ginza last summer and put it to sleep 🧸. The top aroma is slightly sweet. It has a slight sweet aroma on the top, and when you put it in your mouth, it has a slight sweetness and a clean dry taste. I was thirsty, so I drank it in gulps. It seems to not get drunk when it's around 14 degrees. It was delicious 🍶.

#Kumamoto Shinmachi# Business trip to Kumamoto. ✈️ It's been a year since I've been here, but the downtown area is very crowded. It's very bustling downtown. People are excited 😳😳 Dinner with local members today 😤. We went to a recommended yakitori restaurant and had some chewy Amakusa Daioh with a side of local sake. We had some local sake with the chewy Amakusa Daioh as a side dish. The local spring limited sake is crisp 🤔. We finished off at "Niboraya" 😆😆😆. ✘Amakusa Daiou thigh ✘Chashu noodles #Niboraya Nishi-Ginza-dori branch
