I drank too much...
This is too easy to drink💦.
PETILLANT seems to be a Fula word meaning fizzy. This drink seems to have been served at some international summit 🧐.
It has a very sweet mouthfeel and a clean carbonation without any cloying taste. The carbonation is unexpectedly clear. I would say it smells slightly grapey, but it is one step away from that. Many posters call it a wine, and the mouthfeel is exactly as it should be. After it goes down your throat, it's a solid sake 😁.
Good morning, ellie 😃
Pine Midori! I was at the liquor store the other day and noticed something about this brand 🤗I've seen it a lot when I'm curious 😅 here it looks good too 😋.
Hi Jay & Novi😃
I bought this at the warehouse. According to the clerk, all the customers buy this all the time 🙃. There is also a non-foamed version ^ ^^^ delicious 😋.
Hi ellie 🐦.
It is so easy to drink that you drink too much, isn't it? I've read about it in magazines and I'd love to try it 😻The gate of the brewery looks like it was modern at the time ✨.
Good evening, Pon-chan ^ ^ ^
You see an unusual place with a gate 😮 I didn't notice it at all 😓I really wanted a brand called Ryo, but it seems to be released in the early spring.
This sake had an easy to understand taste. No cloying taste 🤔.
Tropical, lychee, fermented rice smell.
Starts out beautifully, then tart and juicy, reminiscent of pear bite and sugary citrus, sweet, bitter from the beginning, yakult, sweet and sour with a hint of grape skin, full, fresher than wine, more voluminous on the palate. The bitterness provides a nice break in the sweetness. The lingering nasal finish and a hint of greenness remind me of grapes. Delicious.
The temperature range changes the way the taste is perceived.

100% Miyamanishiki🌾.
It has a creamy sweetness and the umami of rice that is typical of junmai.
It has a slight viscosity, but it's not too persistent in its mellowness.

It is bottled and heated in autumn.
It still has a mild mouthfeel and the aroma is mainly rice aroma.

The brewery's head brewer himself poured the sake and we tasted it.
It is a refreshing daiginjo with a good sweetness and a richness that would go well with a wide range of dishes👍.
This is one of my favorite local sake breweries. The aroma is mild, but the flavor of the rice spreads slowly and is so delicious that you can drink it without hesitation! It's great!
The meeting surrounding TOMO 2024 (7)
I have the impression that Lutemi likes pine midori.
I thought I've had it before, but it was hiyaoroshi, not akiagari😅
I think the rice is different, Miyamanishiki for Akigari and Omachi for Hiyayoroshi.
They said it tasted mild and didn't seem to interfere with the meal.
Personally, I prefer hiyaoroshi because it's fresher and more fruity.
Akinagari is a little more mature 🤔.
Good evening, bouken😁.
Thank you very much for the off-line meeting.
I'm sorry I left without saying hello to you. 🙇♀️ It was my first time to find Miyamanishiki. I was happy to find it only at a liquor store in Sayama.
Good evening, Mr. Lutemi 🌃
Thank you for your time off😆.
No, no, don't worry about it🤗.
Supposedly, this store also buys from a liquor store in Sayama 🤔.
