Yesterday, we had a dinner at Hatchonawate in Kawasaki, and since we arrived at the restaurant early, we went to the nearby Kubota Sake Brewery for two drinks 🍶.
This is the second time I've been to Kubota Sake Brewery, where you can drink beer poured from a swinging column 🥰.
Well, I had the first one with Takeyuki from CWS ✨.
The aroma is mild. No gas, soft mouthfeel. It started with sweet and sourness, and gradually acidity started to build up. The aftertaste was also faintly bitter. The sweet and sourness was impressive 🍶.
I wonder if it has been open for a long time, some liquor store reviews said it had a strong aroma, and some said it had chili gas, but I didn't feel any of that 🤔.
Good evening, ichiro18!
I have the impression that you are a genuine drinker 😁✨✨.
I love you too 🤤!
I don't know how much time passes when drinking outside 😅
Meat for dinner 😍.
Good evening, ma-ki 😃.
Yes, I'm a self-destructive drinker, but I also like to visit restaurants 😅I'm a bit skeptical when reviewing outside drinks because I'm not sure about their condition 😅But I can drink a lot of things 🤔.
A gift from a relative who couldn't drink this size 🤗.
It has a calm, sweet and savory flavor with a hint of coarse grain and grain, and although it is a honjozo sake, it has a nice spread of a subtle chili sensation that is typical of nama sake.
It has a slight bitter aftertaste with a hint of woody aroma, and a rather strong acidity that hits the tongue and the back of the throat. It was a slightly spicy, rich and delicious sake that made me want to drink more 😙.
The third one is thick Niboshi Soba!
I was curious about the saltiness of the dish, assuming that I would be able to add a topping of niboshi or a double topping.
October has arrived, autumn is in full swing, and autumn sake is arriving one after another.
Tonight's sake is Takeyuki Hiyoroshi. It is a hi-iru sake, so there is almost no bubbling, but it has a fresh melon-like sweetness that is typical of Takeyuki, and the umami flavor is also well balanced.
It is light, yet has just the right amount of sake flavor, making it a perfect match for the autumn flavors.
Did you work hard today? So hard that the mower blades were rounded off?
The mower blade got rounded up and the grass stopped cutting, so it was over.
Oh, no! I wanted to finish!
And this exasperation? And to accompany this hot and humid day
I'll have a glass of "Takeyuki" sparkling wine.
There was a warning tag on the bottle, but it's ok🙆.
After pouring it into a sake cup, it fizzes beautifully 😍.
It smells like rumune, though it's not very strong.
The taste is medium to slightly dry.
The taste is a bit dry from medium to dry, but it has a nice, fresh, yeast-like flavor and a fizzy, carbonated feeling.
It makes you forget the heat,
Yes, it's a guess sake brewery!
Why the bicycle?

Good evening, Bunzu-san 😃.
Even though it's getting somewhat cooler, it's still hard work mowing the grass 😅Thanks for your hard work ‼️
Here we got ours last month too 🤗13 degree spark🧨 kills you in the blink of an eye 😋.
Hi Jay & Novi 😃.
Thank you, I was sick in August.
I couldn't do it, so I'm paying the price for that!
Yes, it was delicious, just a bit of a cagey affair
and if it was mentioned, I noticed it at the last minute!
Drinking at a local sake bar in Mito and buying immediately
It's nice to be able to buy the sake you like right away
The aroma is mild.
The acidity of the sake is noticeable when it is cold.
At room temperature, the balance of sweetness, umami and acidity is well balanced.
Smooth and milky when heated.
Goes well with cheese.
Deep and rich food sake.
