I couldn't help but buy it because they were having a tasting and sales event. It has a rich grain flavor, probably because it is made from new rice and sake.
Well, well, well, well, today is the first, Buyu🍶.
Bu-yu-den Bu-yu-den, Bu-yu-den, Dendendenden, Dendenden. I guess this is a little bit old-fashioned 😅. I'm not sure.
Nice sound when you open it: ☺️
Aroma, nice ginjo aroma 💁🤔 a little tangy 🍶 when you take a sip.
After that, it was delicious with a gentle sweetness and a clean finish: ☺️
I've been keeping it in the fridge for a little while because I got it from a new sake shop that I work at.
I'm looking forward to another bottle of Takeyu with a different rice. 😊
⭐⭐⭐⭐

At Yamada Sake Brewery
Tonight's sake is Takeyuki from Yuki City, Ibaraki Prefecture, because it was delicious when I drank it at a restaurant.
It has a refreshing taste, followed by a full-bodied umami flavor. The fruity taste and the sake-like character are well balanced. Unlike the image of the name, the taste is delicate and refined. Another favorite has been added to my list.
Jungin, Hiyashiroshi
Amakoku (richness). Custard and apples. Dry aftertaste. More koji than rice. Dry and smooth. Good classic taste. A little white grape. 87 points.

Hinted aroma: 2.6
Takeyuki was at a brewery event at the Ikebukuro Tobu Underground Sake Market
Takeyuu from Yuki City, Ibaraki Prefecture!
I actually remembered visiting a sake brewery a long time ago! Before the fire, I made a trip to Yuki Sake Brewery as my destination, and they were neighbors less than 100 meters away. It brought back memories of the Umami Junmai sake I purchased at that time!
And the sake rice is Omachi ❣️ and I am soaking in the rich umami sweetness from high in the sun. Drinking on the balcony 🍶 with the deepening autumn sky 🍂 as a snack 😍.
When I think of Takeyoshi, I think of it as a sweet and juicy type of liquor. I don't dislike it, but I don't like to buy it. However, when I saw the label and the hiyaoroshi necklace, I thought, "This looks delicious..." and bought a bottle.
When I put it in my mouth, I was surprised to see the explosion of umami from the smooth texture on the tongue!
It was amazing. The sweet and tasty flavor is running rampant in my mouth.
I can also taste a little sourness, making it feel like a hot lemon. Sweet! (Umami! (Acid) Umami!
I also feel astringency in the umami, and the alcohol taste is not unpleasant, but I like the ruggedness! I like the ruggedness that comes with it.
It was a hit hiyaoroshi, and I think I will repeat it next year.

To bring out the bravery.
I took a picture in Ane-san style.
The scent is mild - somewhat Japanese-ish.
It has a moderate grape-like sweetness and white grape-like acidity. The aroma is a little bitter and sharp.
I see, it is a sake that can be served both before and during meals 😆.
It is also nice that the aftertaste is dry and sharp. ❤️
This is so delicious😍!
I recommend it even to people who don't like hiyaoroshi 💪.
Manachie, good evening 🌃😀😀
If it's Ane-san style, I still think a bottle seems to be the strong style 🤣Manachie-san looks kind 👀✨Have you only had Takeyoshi I love you, looks delicious 🤤.
Good morning, Manachie 😃.
I have a feeling that Ane-san has more room than us 😆 We have never had Takeyuki, but the dry-ish sharpness looks delicious 😋.
Hi Maechen 😃I'm a weak and hiroro hiroro 😇Buyou has a lot of modern sake for its name, so I think it's easy to drink any of them 😆 Please visit us at ‼️
Hi Duke 😃I can't shake the feeling that you're a scrawny little guy🤣This is so delicious ‼️ I feel like Takeyoshi has been getting a lot of attention lately, as he's been posting quite a bit on Sake no Wa... ‼️
I thought I had a hard name, Takeyoshi, but the reading was chichinpui.
Although I had some misgivings about the mysterious taste, I bought it because of the high trustworthiness of Takeyoshi.
The sweet and sour taste is almost like a white wine.
I like this taste a lot, too.
Slightly milky and mild aroma.
It has a fruity overtone, with a moist flavor and bright acidity. It does not have a sense of maturity.
It has a slightly stimulating alcohol taste.
Intense fruity and floral aroma.
Not grape or apple, but banana? Banana?
A little sweet, with a faint smell of alcohol at the back.
I think it is sweet, but not as sweet as the aroma, and the aftertaste is moderate.
There is a sake-like umami flavor in the sweetness.
The cat on the label is cute!
