With oden at a standing bar in Onomichi.
Chosen by the proprietress who searches all over the country for sake.
Sour and sweet sake with a short aftertaste and an early time frame. The sake was delicious on its own😊.
The fact that they use 100% Hitanishiki sake rice is also . Interesting regional characteristics.
I would like to purchase and drink it separately.
The name "Takeyoshi" made me think of a rugged, rugged taste, but it was very fruity, sweet and juicy. The label is also pop and cute ✨.
I'm totally in love 😆.
Today it's Takeyuki from Hitachinokuni.
Ogawa yeast + Hitanishiki combination, great expectations!
Yes, it's a definite lactic acid aroma, no pusch.
There is a slight petitiveness.
Sweet, and refreshing, with lots of umami!
Conflicting impressions, but strangely enough, they match!
Is it a good finish?
I had an image of Hitanishiki as a spicy sake.
I had an image of Hitachi-nishiki as a spicy sake, but I wonder if the Ogawa yeast made the best match.
I wonder if the Ogawa yeast is the best match. ⁉️
thanks Liquor Shop Kinase (Mito, Hitachinikuni)
Third drink. I think this is the first time. It's almost sweet and sour, but refreshing and light. The aftertaste is firm. Delicious, I like this type.
Polishing ratio not disclosed Alcohol 14%.
This is the first time to drink this brewery. I heard that it has a fizzy taste, but it is not so. The aroma and taste are blue and sharp. It has little sweetness, so it is more like a cucumber than a melon. It is refreshing and not clingy, which is good.
I went back to Takeyoshi, which I drank once and enjoyed the best. This one is also great. I don't think it has much to do with the bicycle, but it tastes even better after a little time. The 14% alcohol content is also very attractive.
Rice polishing ratio 58%, alcohol content 14%.

Ibaraki Sake: Takeyuki's Special Honjozo
Gentle drinking sake without an alcoholic feel
Takeyuki is often a more aggressive sake, but this is a gentle, not too sweet, not too spicy, food-friendly sake. but this one is gentle, not too sweet, not too spicy, a perfect food sake.
Isn't this the best sake for 1400 yen for a four-pack?
This is a new 14% low alcohol sake, and I was looking forward to pairing it with sashimi tonight.
It was fresh and crisp, but had a nice fullness in the back, and was a good match with scallops and sea bream. This was my first Takeyuki, and it was delicious. We also got a bottle of Urasato Usunigorori (light nigori). This one has a nice shwash and a sharp body, and is very tasty on its own.
