My usual liquor store had a spirited display of yogurt, grapefruit, and lemon from this series, so I grabbed a bottle of lemon, which I had not yet had.
It's not too sweet, and the 5:5 soda is easily delicious 😋 Tatenokawa's online store also has Yama Sauvignon, Blueberry, Pineapple, Momo, Momo ......, and more.
I wonder which one I will encounter next. ⁉️ I have more to look forward to.

It was a company welcome and send-off party 👏.
I didn't expect much sake since it was a beef tongue restaurant, but they had a decent selection 😆.
Then of course we had to order a special order ☝️
This Tatenogawa was a little different from the ones I've tasted so far because it was a cold sake 😋.
I think this flavor may be the mainstream since the series selection has been more clear so far⁉🤔.

The first sip reminds one of a mild fruitiness like banana or melon. The sweetness of koji goes well with white rice. Sushi, onigiri, chazuke (rice with green tea), etc. would be good.
Thick mouth feel, really sticks to your teeth & tongue
Flavor is like melon or unripe banana.
Rather sweet as we approach the bottom of the bottle.
Goes well with fresh peach slices and Nagano Purple grapes.
