The first sip reminds one of a mild fruitiness like banana or melon. The sweetness of koji goes well with white rice. Sushi, onigiri, chazuke (rice with green tea), etc. would be good.
Thick mouth feel, really sticks to your teeth & tongue
Flavor is like melon or unripe banana.
Rather sweet as we approach the bottom of the bottle.
Goes well with fresh peach slices and Nagano Purple grapes.

Tatenogawa Seiryu Junmai Daiginjo. I didn't expect to be able to drink this even though it is a standard sake. We are very grateful. The taste is clear and clean, and this is Tatenogawa.

I will enjoy it.
The aroma is mild and gorgeous.
The taste is sweet with a sour aftertaste.

Slightly more sharp and dry than Kangiku, which we drank together. Delicious.
There is no river called Tateno River, but the nearby Mogami River.
The confluence is a blend of rice.
2010 Yamagata's first all junmai daiginjo brewery
Early autumn trip to Yamagata. Auberge of wild vegetable dishes? At Dewaya, we were served Sakata's Tatenogawa. Tatenogawa is a sake brewery specializing in junmai daiginjo, and although I had an image of it being fruity, it is also dry.
It is not too dry because of the aroma and umami flavor, just the right amount of saltiness. Perfect for a mid-meal drink 🎵.
The photo is of a sweet potato stew and ayu fish! 🤣
The new rice cooked in a rice cooker served at breakfast was shiny, glossy, and delicious. The aroma was wonderful. Freshly cooked silver rice is the best ✨✨.
Good aroma and sweetness spreads.
The taste of rice is strong and full of umami.
Junmai Daiginjo in the middle of the pack, very tasty!
It reminded me of Kinjaku.

Sourness first, then
Elegant sweetness that lingers on the tongue

It's a cheap party at a sushi restaurant, but it goes well with fish-based tsumami. It's clean and refreshing, but it tastes great.
It's a delicious Junmai Daiginjo!
If you expect a Daiginjo to be like water, avoid it!
I went to Kanda Myojin, which I had somehow never been to before because of all the trouble at work these days. There were a lot of different groups. I'm of the group that wants VIVAN to be televised as scheduled.
