Yesterday, the annual tennis 🎾 and hot spring ♨️ with high school classmates and drinking 🍻 (held in the dive of the)
First time in Shonandai.
I had a few different kinds of drinks, but they brought me a bottle and I was a little too bad about taking pictures, so... just this one!
Tateno River confluence
Sweet and tasty, but refreshing!
Elegant and beautiful image of sake!
Delicious 😋.
My friend also said it was delicious and drank the most of this!
The last picture is a bonus, a mega mug 🍺 after a bath!
We laughed a lot yesterday 🤣🤣🤣
Crisp and fresh. And the aroma is not sweet, but mild and nice. It may have broadened my image of Junmai Daiginjo. The alcohol content is low, which is great for beginners who want to drink a lot of different types of sake.
I had always wanted to go to a Yamagata restaurant, and this was also the Tatenogawa that had been on my mind for a long time recently.
I chose this dry sake because it was to be served with a Japanese-style meal, but it is indeed a Junmai Daiginjo. Even though it was dry, it had a strong flavor, and although I felt some thickening, there was not much sweetness, so the taste was very refreshing.
It is difficult to describe the taste of sake, but I thought it was simply a very luxurious drink!
Next time I would like to try a sweet sake or a dry sake that is not junmai daiginjo!
It had an exquisite acidity. I can't get enough of it!
The sake rice is "Yuki-Megami".
I didn't know there were so many different kinds of rice!
It was very delicious!
Clear and dry.
But you can also taste the umami of the rice, and there is a sharp aftertaste.
It is dry, but you can also feel its gorgeousness.
Easy to drink and delicious!
