When we asked for a recommendation for a robust sweet and savory drink, Homerun Makkori came up!
The aroma is a little subdued, but the sweet aroma of rice combined with a melon-like fruit aroma is very satisfying 😋.
The rich sweetness of the rice combined with the sourness of the moromi is a devilish combination 😳.
The easy to understand sweetness, the sourness that you don't get tired of drinking, and the clean and refreshing aftertaste of 6-7% alcohol made me swoon 😆✨.
It's a home-run level of deliciousness!

(No photo because I got it at the store.) The aroma is acidic, reminiscent of lactic acid bacteria, and in the mouth, flavors reminiscent of banana and melon spread, with a slightly refreshing aftertaste. The aftertaste is rather refreshing.
