I got this Honryu Dry Junmai Daiginjo for Mother's Day.
I don't usually like dry sake, but this one is easy to drink🤭 and I found myself drinking it all at once🤪.
After the Nigorinpic, the clear sake that has accumulated is released 🤣.
Today, we will open a bottle of Tatenogawa's New Year's sake 😀.
It's a bit off the time of the year 🤣.
Actually, I was hesitant to drink this sake until now because I heard that Maru-san drank it before and found the acidity too harsh 😅.
I think the acidity of 2.3 with white malted rice is pretty harsh😅😅.
So I prepared a side dish of fried hamo with ume plum paste and shiso leaves 😀.
It's supposed to be a winter sake, but I got a little ahead of the summer in Kansai 🤣.
It is true that the Jun Dai Nishitsu had a pronounced acidity, but it was perfect for the entrée and was delicious 😇.
The information on sake-no-wa is helpful even to the preparation in advance 😀.
Good evening, Yasube!
The information on Sake no Wa is really a must 😁✨✨.
It's great that you even help us prepare in advance 👍️
Fried hamo with ume plum paste and shiso leaves and sake - absolutely perfect 😍!
Good morning, Yasbaye 🌞Here's another label to congratulate you: ✨️ You're right to match the high acidity of the sake with the acidity of the plum paste 🤤I'm too jealous of your clear sake great release 🥰.
Yasbay here too 😊.
Clear sake, looks like you have a nice stockpile 😆 and the snacks are ahead of the season 🤣👍👍.
Keep opening them while they're good 😁.
Hi Yasbay 😃.
I'm sure the sake will be very clear after all the waiting at the nigori festival 😌.
I like that the opening of the clear sake is the zodiac 🐍 sake 😁.
Good evening, ma-ki-San 😀
I have worked with Maru-san several times and know his tastes well, so I feel comfortable using him as a reference 😇.
It seems that you and ma-ki-san also have similar tastes, so it will be a good reference for you 😀.
Good evening, Nao 888!
As a nigori fanatic, I wanted to continue the nigori rinpik a little longer, but I had to give it up because I thought the sake would go bad if I dragged it out any longer🤣.
Summer is a crispy combination, isn't it?
Good evening, Pon 😀
I'm going to try my best to open the bottle as it seems that even if it's kept at freezing point, the raw sake will gradually get worse 🤣.
I'm a novice and I don't have the courage to open some sakes unless something like this happens 😅.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😀
The zodiac sign label is normally a New Year's sake, but the opening of the bottle has been delayed until now 😅.
But if the sake has such a high acidity, it's probably a good thing that it's in season 🤣.
Hi Yasbay!
Happy belated New Year 🎍😆🎉.
It's still very acidic, isn't it? But I see, if you greet it with stronger acidity, you can drink it deliciously 🧐.
I am always learning from Dr. Yasbay 🙇🙇.
Hi Maru 😀
It was laid down quite a bit, so it may not have been as sour as you drank it Maru, but it still had a strong sour taste, like a summer wine 🤣.
Dr. Maru gave me the exact taste and I was fully prepared😇
I will drink again today 🔥😋.
First Tatenogawa 🎉㊗️
I had been a little put off by the hard image, but Jun Dai came to my house by chance. It's a steak today, so I'm opening the bottle: ‼️
The aroma is gentle, and when you put it in your mouth? What can I say about this one 🤫?
No sweetness, no sourness, no bitterness, and no spiciness! In other words, only the gentle flavor of rice. ❣️ It's not exactly light, but it's too gentle~!
And it's quite easy to drink, you can drink it with ease👍.
It seems to go well with any dishes: ❣️
I'd like to try some of the raw sake someday 🥰!
Sake impressions by itself are the responsibility of shinsaku3💕.
Good evening, Mr. Pekho😄
I've never had Tatenogawa-han before, but it doesn't have the impact of sweetness, acidity, bitterness, or pungency 💦I guess it's the flavor of rice 🧐It's the ultimate food sake that doesn't interfere with food: ❣️
HinaHanaMama💓Good evening 💓Good evening ❣️Yes, the lack of impact was kind of nice and it was like a drink that you can lean on 🤫But it was surprisingly drinkable 🤫Conversely, I was surprised ❤️It's not like it's super balanced or anything...is it really this tasty? It's a 🤫mystery but drinkable🥰.
Congratulations on your first Tatenogawa, Pekho 🎉!
I also have a cool image of Tatenogawa 😆 I got a different label at an offline meeting where I brought my own, but it was delicious with grilled meat, so it would be perfect with steak, including the atmosphere 😉👍.
Hi Pekho 😃
Congratulations on your first Tatenogawa with a connection to ㊗️ 🎉It tastes too gentle with no corners 😋 which means it tastes like Jay 🤗.
I would like to drink it and find out!
Ponchan❤️Good evening😍I see you matched it with yakiniku! It's endlessly delicious❣️I sometimes make assumptions about the taste based on the image of the label, but I was reminded of that by Tate-san😆 but it's hard to dispel the image‼️
Jay & Nobby: ❤️ Good evening 😍You're right Jay 😋 but this time Tate was like the kindness of a supporting character, so the nuance may be different from Jay's maximum inclusive kindness 🤫⁉️ but please try it 🥰.
Overall 7 (out of 10)
This is the first sake I received (thanks)
This is the first sake I have ever had.
According to the description
It was brewed with the hope that it would be enjoyed in a convivial atmosphere with like-minded friends around the dining table.
It is brewed with this in mind.
Delicious!
Gentle, thin and dry 🍶.
No harsh flavors or pronounced claims, it's definitely a sake that won't get in the way of enjoying it congenially with good friends 😃.
We served it chilled 😃.

Good evening, shinsaku3!
First time! Congratulations on your Tatenogawa 🎉.
Gentle, thin and dry 😆 It looks good for a food sake, but I wonder if it's difficult to drink by itself because it doesn't have an impact?
Hi shinsaku3 😃
Mr. Shiranogawa! I think maybe we have never had it 🧐It sounds like a delicious food wine 😋.
I'd like to drink it with a couple of like minded people 😆.
Good morning, Hina Hana Mama 😃.
Thank you 😊
We also imagined it to taste hardcore from the label 😅.
As you said, it's a little too much to taste on its own 😅.
Good morning, Jay & Nobby 😃.
I recommend you and your wife to have a conversation 😃.
With stand-alone drinks, the conversation tends to be more about the drink, but with this drink, I think the conversation can continue without derailing into talking about the taste 😃.
Excuse me for the record.
Seven years ago, at the end of the year, I found this sake at a kaku-uchi (corner bar) in Sapporo, and was surprised to hear that it cost tens of thousands of yen for one sake. The owner of the store gave me a bottle of this sake that had less than a fraction of a cup left in it... I don't remember what it tasted like. I saw a price of 100,000 yen for a 4-gou bottle of this sake, which has a rice polishing ratio of 1%, on the Internet, but if that is the case, I would rather enjoy drinking a variety of sake that cost around 2,000 yen per 4-gou bottle!
