Good aroma and sweetness spreads.
The taste of rice is strong and full of umami.
Junmai Daiginjo in the middle of the pack, very tasty!
It reminded me of Kinjaku.
Faint aroma
Sourness first, then
Elegant sweetness that lingers on the tongue
Isn't it delicious?

Aroma reminiscent of subtle honey
On the palate
The sweetness and richness of the flavor spread
There is also a moderate acidity.
It is not flamboyant, but it has a strong umami
but it has a firm umami flavor.
but it is very drinkable.
On the first day
If the temperature is raised
it will give a blurred impression.
so I like to enjoy it cold.
I want to enjoy it
The second day, the flavor increases.
Even when the temperature rises
It has a clear flavor, so there is no problem

Last year's cold wholesale
It's a cheap party at a sushi restaurant, but it goes well with fish-based tsumami. It's clean and refreshing, but it tastes great.
It's a delicious Junmai Daiginjo!
If you expect a Daiginjo to be like water, avoid it!
I went to Kanda Myojin, which I had somehow never been to before because of all the trouble at work these days. There were a lot of different groups. I'm of the group that wants VIVAN to be televised as scheduled.
The 8th Osaka Takashimaya Sake Festival (7)
Tatenokawa booth.
BAR Yoko was available, so I tasted Yoko, which I couldn't drink at Kyoto Takashimaya because it was sold out.
Yo-ko
A liqueur. It's a Jersey yogurt, and I can see why it sells so well. It's delicious. Not as sweet as Jinzo's Honey No.
◉Yogurt lemon
Liqueur. Made with pesticide-free lemons. The lemon taste is amazing and the yogurt taste is very strong. The lemon hardens the yogurt, making it like a rare cheesecake.
◉BAR Yoko Sumomo
Liqueur. Sweet and sour, plumo feeling.
BAR Yoko Highball Yuzu
Whisky with Yuzu juice. I wonder what the treatment would be. When I drank it undiluted, it was like brandy.
Here, they don't drink sake...
Hi Nemuchi 😃
I was wondering about this because they sell yoghurt well at my local supermarket 😄 I will try to buy some based on the comparison of the drinks. The yogurt🤍 or lemon🍋 looked delicious 😋.
Tatenogawa, I drank it for the first time and it was more fruity and sweeter in the mouth than I imagined! It's sweet as if you were eating fruit!
But it is a little spicy and addictive on the throat, maybe because it is a Junmai Daiginjo + Autumn Sake with a square corner. 👨🦲 I am also interested in other Tatenogawa, so I hope to encounter them in the future.
Kohada is delicious!
Purchased from the hometown of Sakata City. The aroma is mild, with a hint of green apple. The taste is dry, with a light acidity that gives a sense of tightness, the riceiness is fine, with no unnecessary sweetness, and a pleasant bitterness lingers in the aftertaste.
It is a smart and elegant sake, not the richly aromatic or sweet type that one might expect from this brand.
Purchased at the Sake Festival at Osaka Takashimaya.
The first tasting was at Tatenogawa.
Among them, I chose Hakuba no Kishi, which was easy to drink with a distinct sweet and sour taste!
We chose Hakuba no Kishi, which was clearly sweet, sour, and easy to drink!
It is meant to be a savior of sake,
I heard that it has a message for beginners to enjoy the taste of sake.
It was fun to talk about it.
Drinking it at home, the aroma feels like lactic acid
Like lemon juice.
When the temperature rises a little, it also feels like grapefruit. I think it will run out soon. LOL!
