Aizu Homare newly handled by Ikoma Sake Shop
I was allowed to taste two kinds of Kitakata Terroir!
Kitakata Terroir EPISODE III Junmai Ginjo
The rice is Gohyakumangoku. It is quite gorgeous and sweet. Fruity sweet flavor.
The price is about 1,400 yen, and the cost performance is quite good.
Kitakata Terroir EPISODE IV Junmai Daiginjo
The rice is Yamadanishiki.
I drank it at a traveling SAKE event, but I was too drunk to be impressed😅.
Fruity and even sweeter than Junmai Ginjo.
It tastes elegant and expensive, but with a rice polishing ratio of 39%, 2200 is a very reasonable price!
At this point it was the last one in stock, so I doubt there will be any left 🤔.
I heard a lot of stories about Karahashi while drinking this, but I'm not going to write them down 🙄.
I have had Aizu Homare before, but unlike that time, today's is fruity and sweet. I don't remember it being this close to my favorite flavor. I will buy this for drinking at home. Thank you very much.
I bought it at a sake brewery in Kitakata City. I bought it because it was a limited edition sake from the brewery. The brewery is the family home of Yumi Karahashi, who appeared on Sunday Morning. The sake rice is Yumeko and the yeast used is Utsukushima Yume Yeast. The sake was sweet and easy to drink. I opened it right away.
Late GW. BBQ with a charcoal stove is the best. Sake is great when you move from meat to seafood.
This sake can handle not only squid and shrimp, but also hormones. The sweetness of this sake is its ability to accept all kinds of food!
Good evening, Mr. Tokopo.
GW is all about barbecue and sake 😅
I've never tried barbecuing with a charcoal stove, but I'm sure I can enjoy it while drinking sake slowly.
Erin, good evening 🌛You were drinking Kitakata Terroir EPISODE II 😄This one is Junmai Daiginjo spec and Yamadanishiki so it's a bit expensive 😅EPISODE II is also unfiltered raw sake so it looks delicious 😋.
The 9th traveling SAKE⑰.
Leaving the Nagano Sake Booth for Aizu Homare
We drank
Karahashi Junmai Ginjo Omachi
Delicious, but a little spicy.
Karahashi Junmai Ginjo Yume no Kou
It was sweet and delicious. I would like to drink it raw.
Kitakata Terroir EPISODE IV
I think it was fruity, but I was not impressed...
What is not to be, is to be... Junmai Ginjyo Genjyo
It was quite sweet and tasty. I heard that they didn't bring any KARAHASHI Yamada-Nishiki because this is Yamada-Nishiki.
Nemuchi-san seems to have reached his limit, so we are leaving the venue, but we will continue a little more...
The other day, I had a corona and refrained from drinking for a while...
I'm better now, so I've lifted the ban on alcohol.
The cherry blossoms are in full bloom, so I opened a bottle of spring-like sake.
The aroma is like unripe melon.
Taste is not sweet.
My sense of taste and smell may be bugged by Corona, but...
A reminder of February 29th - ⤴️🍶
On this day, I brought this guy to a drinking party among my colleagues at work - ⤴️✨
When I worked with people from overseas in December, they went out of their way to find this sake for me as a gift 🍶 because I am a sake lover.
Sake that holds fond memories for me.
We all had a lot of fun together,
We enjoyed the sake very much.
