Sake purchased at the Icoma tasting
All of them were delicious, but the reason why I bought them was that I couldn't seem to find them anywhere else.
Yeast is Utsukushima dream yeast, Sake strength +3
It's fire-brewed, but it's fresh, sweet, fruity, and delicious!
It seems a little hard, so I wonder if it would be better to let it sit for a few days.
When I drink it again, it tastes like melon and it's really good.
I thought it was rare to find this sake at Yodobashi😅.
