I went back to the restaurant I visited for the first time last week. Maybe because it was raining, it was relatively empty today, and I sat at the counter as I did last week. I started with Fudo. The sweet and savory flavor spreads softly. This is delicious.
Fudo, I must have had it a few times, but I don't remember the taste...
This time, it was an unfiltered, unfiltered, raw sake, orikarami, and full of status lol.
When I drank it, I found that it was very easy to drink and had a clean aftertaste. This is the kind of sake that women like.
It has 16% alcohol by volume, so you should be very careful. Don't try to get them drunk.
The 30-minute drinking contest was extended until 6pm on weekdays.
I took the challenge because it was extended until 8pm for Instagram followers.
I'm drinking a crisp 45ml x 6 types in 30 minutes, so I'll keep my impressions brief.
There's a mixture of smells I like and don't like.
Silky yogurt-y and tomato blue.
Juicy mouthfeel. Mellow drinkability.
Sweet. Somewhat golden.
The one that smells like this might like the taste of rice.
It goes well with cream cheese soaked in soy sauce.
Enjoying the goodness of combining it with the entrée.
Degree of liking ☆3/5
I usually don't drink much sake from the Kanto region, but this one was recommended to me, so I tried it.
It is moderately spicy and sweet almost at the same time. It has a good weight and is easy to drink.
I'm addicted to Riken's sesame wasabi dressing 😁.
Now, this is the second time I've tried Omachi.
On its own, the bitterness comes first.
This one is just as good ✨👍👍
It's sweet and delicious when paired with a meal ✨
I had the sea bream sashimi on top.
It went well with a seafood salad with sea bream sashimi on top!
With sesame wasabi dressing of course 😆.
Pon-chan Hi 😁The dressing is delicious 😆 would go well with chicken ✨I think it could use a little more wasabi, but I would recommend it for radish salad 😆 Try it out 😆.
