Kanpai at Kokubunji! at the "Horoiyoi Festival". The taste has no peculiarities. It is ordinary. It tastes good normally. Ordinary is important. Kaisen is (in a sense) a rare brand, so I am glad to be able to drink it.
Light in the mouth at first, but a little heavy in the middle and back palate, with a slightly fruity sweetness. Personally, my first impression is better than that of Taman Jochu, but Taman Jochu wins as I continue drinking.
Musashi no Kuni no Sake Matsuri 2023🍶Cheers to Sake! Beautiful Sake from all over Japan! Plaza next to the approach to Okunitama Shrine in Fuchu City⛩️
PB sake from "Niku no Manyou," a restaurant that mainly serves meat dishes.
300ml bottle
The label depicts a scene from Banze Bridge.
Smooth and light with a delicious rice flavor.
The quality is quite good.
As one would expect from Kaisen.
There was no menu item that could easily be served with sake, but I had the Perko Neapolitan as a side dish.
Hiraccio, good evening 🌇I was surprised to see that Meat no Manyou has a PB 😮‼️
Every time I go on a business trip in Tokyo, I routinely buy a Manzoku sandwich at the station 🤣👍.
Good evening, Mr. Manachy 🌆.
Were you a 10,000 Katsu Sandwich user? ❗️
It's a well-made gem, isn't it?
We just bought a Man Katsu sandwich as a souvenir after our meal and it will be our breakfast tomorrow.
The last order came and so did the last sake. Kaisen Special Junmai from Fussa, Tokyo. It is a good sake to drink slowly, with a rich flavor, but not too strong.
The fact that they chose Kaisen instead of Sawanoi shows that they know what they're doing.
Transparent with a slight yellowish tinge. The aroma is reminiscent of rice. The aroma is weak. Smooth mouthfeel. Sharp bitterness. Moderate lingering aftertaste with moderate umami and astringency. Refreshing sake.
Drinking at home.
I learned about this sake through a business connection.
Personally, I think it has a punch, but I hear it's perfect as a food sake. It's good!
