There is a sake that you have never seen until the very last minute. It is a special junmai from Chiyotsuru.
It is the first label I have ever seen, even though it is that classic label that is associated with Chiyotsuru.
The mouthfeel is also refreshing with little acidity characteristic of Chiyotsuru. You can drink it as much as you want.

The stable standard fire-brewed junmai sake would surely go well with sashimi. .........
